This is my 8th time in this hotel and I think this is the most important criterion.
According to the program of repeated tourists at the hotel, having bought the Regency Plaza, I was moved to the Royal with all its bonuses.
But I really like building 5, so I did not change the number. The rooms are large in this building and next to the reception.
The food both in the regency restaurant and in the piano is very tasty. Of course, the level is higher in the piano, but I am a simple girl and always with a smile to everyone. And when they perceive you like that and provide good service everywhere))))
Animation is boring. Before covid was much more fun and friendly.
Many photo zones were placed on the territory, although there was once no problem with this. The territory is green and well-groomed.
