I won’t write much, the hotel is good, if you come to rest, and not look where and what is shabby (review of someone above), then for you it will be trifles. The food is quite normal, always a lot of sweets, pleasant staff. Didn’t like it: they asked for money to put us in a “like” good room, so as not to wait for 12-00 (check-in), after we refused and went for breakfast, after breakfast we were immediately settled (it took about 30 minutes) . Did not like our guide, Anastasia Davydova (if I'm not mistaken). She can’t really tell about excursions, she is not interested in sales. I had to ask other people.
