As for the negative aspects: it seems that the renovation of the hotel was a long time ago.
All the furniture is old, there is dust everywhere (including at the reception). Linen for 10 days never changed! Our request to fix the broken sink went unanswered. Meals are monotonous, few fruits. The staff is very relaxed.
No animation, only once a week they had a fire show.
Of the promised 2 beaches, only 1 worked on a coupon system (2 coupons per hand per day).
We were very surprised that on the last day we were REFUSED to give tickets to the beach, although we had to vacate the room at 1.00 !!!

Since we got up early, we saw that the territory was washed every morning. The hotel area is very beautiful: 3 swimming pools, many flowering trees, a fountain. Of course there were mosquitoes, but we bought records in local stores (ours did not help), the body was smeared with cream, which we brought with us. The hotel staff is very friendly, almost everyone speaks and understands Russian. After 2 days they got used to the room, to the hotel (they still came only to spend the night, almost every day they went on excursions) , got acquainted with the staff, everyone is friendly, cheerful, almost everyone speaks Russian. The food was normal, there was enough for everyone, no one went hungry (meat, fish, chicken is always there), on Sundays dinner on the coals, a concert, every day a "disco" at the reception. The beaches suck, of course, go to the depth of min. 10, on the beach "Amway" a little better, but you also have to go along the pier to the depth, there are corals and fish.
