We rested from October 12 to October 22 in Sharm, the PASADENA hotel (the second name is SABENA). We went via ANEXTOUR. And this review will not be in favor of the Anex tour 

First, the hotel is labeled as a 4-star.
Does this qualify for four stars? Judge for yourself:
- there is no hot water and never was;
- the kitchen is dirty and flies,
- in the dining room washed dishes with sticky pieces of food, traces of coffee and tea;
- in the dining room, spilled drinks are not cleaned for days, which is why there are a lot of flies;
- no gym
- towels and linen in the rooms have not been changed even once in 10 days;
- beach towels are not washed at all - they are simply dried and given out again to other people;
- they refuse to call the senior manager at the reception;
- lunch, breakfast, dinner start with a delay of 10-15 minutes;
- the bus goes to the beach irregularly, one day they didn’t take it at all;

- the hotel guide of the Anex-tour company ELVIRA KHASANOVA did nothing to our numerous requests.
We could not even be moved to another hotel for our extra money, although they saw that we were with a one-year-old child.
Honestly, this is just boorish attitude towards customers. We have already paid the money, why else bother with us. This is the attitude of the Anex-tour company towards tourists.
The bad thing is that we did not see a single bad review on the Internet before the trip. I hope my information will not let others make the same mistake.
