Were at the hotel from 20 to 29 July 2011 - me and my husband and my girlfriend with a boyfriend. We flew with NordWind on a Boeing 767, the flight went well. We were taken from the airport to the hotel.
1) Settlement.
At the reception, we gave the documents and waited for check-in for 15-20 minutes, not for long. No money was invested in passports. My husband and I were given a large room on the 1st floor. Air conditioning from the remote, worked well, the room is clean, but the furniture is really old, although the hotel is 100% new. And they gave friends in the next building a room on the 3rd floor with a bed consisting of two one and a half connected. They didn't like it and gave $10 to be moved. On the trail. the day they were moved to a small room on the 2nd floor, a four-poster bed, but the air conditioner flowed in the room (then they fixed it), the phone did not work, so we were more fortunate than them.
2) Cleaning.

The room was cleaned daily at 9:20 approximately. Sometimes we slept and asked not to be cleaned. Every day Big Boss came and asked if we were cleaned well, if everything was fine.
For cleaning tips for 10 days, we gave about 7 dollars. Once we were made of crocodile towels. And friends made a swan and a boat.
Bed linen, as it seemed to me, was not changed even once. Towels were changed every time.
3) Food.
The food is almost the same, but always in a different form. Differently cooked or fried. Basically okay. But homemade is better. Meat was chicken skewers, grilled chicken and beef in various forms. We really liked the desserts, especially the banana ones.
4) Staff attitude.
Everyone was very friendly, even with overdressed disgruntled girls they spoke politely. I feel sorry for the employees, they have a very hard job.
5) Beach and sea.
There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach and from the beach, but we often walked, walk for about 5 minutes. You need to take coupons to the beach at the reception, because the beach is not our hotel. But when we didn’t have coupons, they let us in anyway. The sea in July is like fresh milk, + 30, very cool.
There is no hotel bar on the beach, everything is paid ...There is no pontoon. They don’t let you onto the pontoon on the left for free, but we were there and there’s nothing to see there. They let you onto the pontoon on the right, there are some corals there. And right in front of our beach there are also corals, not bad, the fish are beautiful, but the corals are dead everywhere (((It's a pity that it's a long way to go to the cliff, we never got there ...It turned out that our beach is located in the Nabq National Reserve)))
6) Entertainment in the hotel.

At first there was a current program 2 times a week, the Oriental Show, and then, in addition to this, another animator was hired. Cool guy Mickey, a Europeanized Muslim, speaks excellent Russian. He did exercises with us, water aerobics, dancing, competitions in the evenings (with us there were Mr. Hotel, Mrs. Hotel, a couple of the hotel, karaoke). Then a disco, but few people go, and only Russians. In general, there were both Germans and British in the hotel, but they did not participate in competitions, only the Russian nation is cheerful.
7) The guide Tatyana from Pegasus is neither fish nor meat, and some kind of harmful.
8) Excursions.
Dear Pegasus. We took one excursion on the beach, and the second in the Russian excursion agency in the Old City. From excursions we took ATVs-3 hours from 9 am individually. $50 for two, single bike. Taken on the beach. In other places everywhere only 2 hours and with a group and costs $40 for two. We were picked up from the hotel, taken to the place, drove through the mountains, visited the Bedouin village, played with them and drank tea. Then we were taken back to the hotel. Lots of dead camels in the desert and rubbish everywhere except hotels. The second excursion is on a yacht in the Ras Mohammed National Reserve, two stops for snorkeling and at the third stop we dived with scuba diving to a depth of 8 meters. It is very beautiful and deep there, but there are also few living corals ...We didn’t go to Tiran Island, the locals told us that Ras Mohammed is better.
It went for a yacht (all day, transfer, food, drinks) and diving - $ 85 for two. We didn’t go far to Cairo, they say that it’s too hot to walk to the pyramids, plus buses fall into cliffs, and the locals said that it’s still unsafe there after the revolution. Let's go another time. Friends took a trip to Petra (Jordan) for $ 420 for two, but it was canceled, the money was returned to them.
9) There is a bus from the hotel to Naama Bay for free in the evenings, but there is nothing to do there, the anthill and the Arabs pester "Brother (sister) come in, just look, they don't pester us, Cherkizon, a freebie. " Sometimes obscenities, sometimes they say nasty things, they stick. Once we went by minibus to the Old Town, bought souvenirs there. They stick there less. A minibus from the hotel to Naama Bay costs $4 5, and from Naama to the Old Town $2 for 4.

10) The bar at the hotel is open 24/7, drink at least until the morning. The territory is nice, clean, the pools are normal, sunbeds too. Only in the evenings in some places near the paths for some reason it stank.
11) You can play billiards.
12) There are insects in the rooms, but I don’t see anything terrible in this, they are animals, we also have a lot of them in Russia. And from mosquitoes they took the fumigator into the outlet with them. There are also many geckos (lizards).
13) On excursions we took lunches in boxes at the hotel.
14) The hotel is near McDonald's, Metro, you can buy food there.
15) The Internet was from 12 to 12. If you want with your phone or laptop, sit in Wi-Fi, or take a queue to the computers, there are 2 of them, but the queue is not long.
16) On TV, the Russian current channel is one-Russia 24, sort of.
17) They didn’t demand money from us anywhere, there were no fines.

Taxi drivers are very annoying!

In general, the hotel corresponds to 4 *. We enjoyed our vacation very much! ! ! For the little money we spent, everything was very, very super! For an economical vacation, the hotel is very handy, while not at all an eatery, it’s beautiful, the sea is nearby.
We are not picky and we are happy with everything.
There is no heat there, the temperature is comfortable, sweat does not pour, although +38, it is much easier to bear than in Russia, and the water is steam room! Now in Egypt current in the summer! ! !
And we also realized that bad reviews are most often not true. We are all different, so you have to go and evaluate everything yourself)))
