They didn't even look at us or offer us a glass of water! It was 9.00 in the morning, at 14.00 check-in, if earlier you pay $50, and breakfast $25. Having 5 stars and behaving like gypsies in the market is ugly!! ! At least put a water cooler! The staff was rude and disgusting! Except the staff at the beach!
