We checked in a day earlier and asked at checkin to put our daughter on arrival (she is from another country) in our room. Sounded wild payment as for a separate double room. I had to pay for 4 nights for my daughter on a guest sofa at the price of a 2-bed room. The reception staff is unprofessional. Not a single problem was solved.
