We were very satisfied and did not regret choosing this particular hotel at all. The price corresponds to the quality, we were warned that this is a budget hotel and we did not have high expectations about this. For us, the location of the hotel and the sandy wide beach within a minute's reach of the room played a big role. We thoroughly enjoyed this.
We arrived at 9 am and after 15 minutes we were in the room, without additional payments and persuasion, we had the opportunity to have breakfast and get acquainted with the hotel.
Of course, everyone has different tastes, but I will try to tell in detail all the pros and cons. There are many more pros, so I'll start with them)
1. The location is very good, 5-7 minutes to the center, where a variety of shops, cafes and hookahs are located.
You can take a local minibus to the Old Town and Sohosquare. In time, it will take up to 10 minutes, the fare is $ 1 for two people.
2. The beach is wide, the entry into the water is sandy, not deep, which is convenient for families with children, you can swim with masks and watch fish. The water temperature during this period was 20 degrees, the air temperature was up to 28. There were no strong winds, a light breeze, very comfortable.
The sunbeds are mostly wooden on the beach and many require repair, but there are a lot of them, mattresses, umbrellas and beach towels for free.
3. The hotel area is small, very cozy and clean. Everything is close, up to 2 minutes from any room you will get to the dining area and the beach. Large pool, clean, chlorinated every evening, but not heated. Plastic beds with mattresses. The hotel is very quiet with classical music playing by the pool. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the place for you.
4. Special thanks for the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the beach. This is very convenient and a big advantage!
5. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are also changed daily, the bed is made, but for the entire period of replacement it was not. Slippers and bathrobes on request. The rooms are in need of a facelift. There is a paid mini bar, water and tea for free.
6. Staff. Very friendly, very pleasant, never had an incorrect or boorish attitude. Always ready to help, smiling, joking, not intrusive, no "extortion" of tips. From all sides, I still urge you to thank the hotel staff. Since we arrived and found a thousand, find a $10 tip, they really work hard to make our stay more comfortable.
7. Nutrition. Delicious, but monotonous. In the first days you do not notice it, but after a week it is very noticeable. Mainly chicken, beef and one type of fish, no seafood. Drinks are terrible - instead of juices, some sweet "yuppies", both in the restaurant and on the beach. There is a bar on the beach, local alcoholic drinks from 11 am to 11 pm.
Apart from the main restaurant, there are no other free snacks during the day. Chinese and Italian restaurant on reservation and for a fee. But you won't be hungry here.
8. Animation. Cheerful and active guys. Volleyball, yoga, exercises, water aerobics, darts, contests and dances.
