Well, I'm sitting at the Sharm el-Sheikh airport, waiting for a flight back to Kyiv, I'm bored, Wi-fi does not work at the airport, I decided to write a review about the hotel.
Well, in order.
We arrived in Sharm early in the morning, at 8 o'clock we were already at the hotel. The hotel is located in a relatively calm bay of Naama Bay, not far from the airport. At the entrance control through the frame, temperature measurement, luggage check on the scanner.
At the reception they checked vouchers, passports and offered to take a walk until 11 o'clock. But - oh, miracle! - a green American paper led us to a consensus with the receptionist and in five minutes I was the owner of a chic large room with a wonderful sea view right next to the beach.

I had a room on the second floor, large, two double beds, a large flat-screen TV (three Russian channels), a kettle, coffee, tea replenished daily. Wonderful view of the sea, beach. The bathroom is large, everything worked, bath, hair dryer, iron and ironing board - did not use. There are two chairs and a table on the balcony. The room was cleaned daily, three times left a dollar, they cleaned well, changed towels daily, cleaned the bed, changed bed linen often.
Nutrition. The restaurant in the main building. The restaurant is beautiful, with waterfalls, greenery, a river, unobtrusively music constantly plays. I didn't have any nutritional issues. Breakfasts are ordinary: scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, stewed beans, falafel, sausages, yogurt, tea, coffee, drinks and much more. For lunch and dinner, their soups (delicious), fried, stewed chicken, fish, beef, all kinds of pastries, fruits are added.
Locally produced alcohol (rum, whiskey, wine, beer). We gave the waiter a dollar at dinner and he constantly and happily refilled our glasses. And for this he brought us drinks in glass glasses, and to the ungrateful in plastic cups, not particularly in a hurry.
Of the minuses - in the era of covid, spoons, forks lay on the tables in unsealed containers. Cooks impose food, but not all - there are all sorts of salads, coffee, tea, fruits, you impose sweets yourself, meat, fish - grill too.
Seafood such as shrimp, squid was not even once in two weeks.
There are several pools on the territory, without heating, which is not good in February.
Beach, across the promenade. Sandy, with a good entry into the sea, near the beach of the Novotel hotel, there is a beautiful reef with beautiful fish and a graceful big fish Napoleon, which we all ran to watch. The beach is wide, with soft sunbeds, enough for everyone, but to lie down by the sea, you had to take hours at seven in the morning. Beach towels are given out for free somewhere from eight in the morning. Bar on the beach from 11 to 18.
Water, beer, cocktails, tea, coffee.
Cute girls-animators, did not let you get bored.
There is also another bar on the beach, paid. Drinking water must be taken from the bars on the beach.
Internet throughout the hotel, in the rooms, with good speed.
The territory of the hotel is small, compact, very comfortable.
In the evenings until eleven show program, karaoke at the beach bar.

We took excursions from Ahmed - along the promenade towards Naama Bay. Excursions of high quality, to Cairo, sea to Ras Mohammed with diving. Liked it very much.
Do not listen to the horror stories of hotel guides, do not overpay at exorbitant prices, the quality is good.
In the evenings we went for a walk to the Old Town (taxi $5 per car one way), Soho area ($6), walked along the promenade to the Naama Bay area (free of charge). Pretty everywhere.
The weather turned out to be good at the beginning of March, the sun was shining, the sea was warm, once there was a sandstorm, but not strong, the breeze blew almost daily.
What conclusions can be drawn?
The hotel is nice and good. Normal food.
Of course, five stars is greatly exaggerated, a solid four, although it may be for Egypt. Well, there should not be plastic cups in a five-star hotel, even during covid, a limit on bottling local cheap alcohol of dubious quality, unpacked cutlery, no drinking water in the rooms.
Well, now the conclusions.
Did you like the hotel? Yes, I liked it, despite the minor flaws.
Would you come here again? Yes, I have arrived. If you liked a hotel in Egypt, then they don’t look for good from good and it’s better not to experiment. Would recommend to friends and acquaintances. Well, this is my personal, subjective opinion.
