We rested from April 27.2021 - a room on the ground floor, with access to the garden - it was a big plus for us + air conditioning worked properly + cleaned every day + garbage was taken out every day + upon arrival I could not figure out how the safe (free! ), called at the reception, they came within 10 minutes and explained everything + about the arrival it seemed to me that the refrigerator in the room did not freeze well enough, a call to the reception decided everything - they replaced it + the staff was polite and always greeted.
+ The pool is excellent, clean, but we didn’t swim there much, because the sea is 50 meters away !!!
+ The beach across the path is a promenade, the beach is quite large, there were always enough places, the problem is that some people occupied 4 sunbeds for two people at once, but this is no longer a question for the hotel - but for vacationers, for me the minus is to receive towels at 10.00, I come to the beach at 7.00, or even earlier, but I used my pareos. Yes, and in the morning we mostly swam. At the beach bar we received two half-liter bottles of water every day, I don’t drink diluted drinks at all, I tried cocktails on the beach a couple of times, but taking into account my dislike for cola, etc. limited to samples, I don’t like beer at all, but judging by the queue at the opening of the bar - beer was in demand, I liked ice cream one thing, my daughter another, you could always get water from the machine.

+++++ The SEA - it's amazing, clean, I miss it, having swum for the first time in a helmet mask - I didn't want to pay differently, the marine life - fascinated.
+ Meals - we weren't hungry, melons in April - it's gorgeous!! ! I am a fan of melons, I have never eaten such delicious ones !! ! The coffee is good too, we didn't go hungry! We didn’t buy additional food at all, we bought sweets for testing, in order to know what to buy home (I didn’t want to take just what), desserts, my daughter forgot that she was on a diet (((they were gorgeous, but I liked the baked vegetables and the presence scrambled eggs in the morning))) as a minus, I like to drink coffee twice in the morning, I would love to have a cup of brewed coffee before going to the beach in the morning and the second time, but after eating, they didn’t make coffee at the bar on the beach.
+ The staff - already wrote, tactful and willing to help, that in the dining room, that in the territory, that at the reception, on the beach they approached - they offered to visit the spa - they refused once and said that the decisions would not be changed, they did not pull anymore.
+ Animators - I really liked the water aerobics on the beach, but they didn’t go all the time, because. it started at 12.00, and at that time we were already leaving the beach, the girls ANNA and Nastya - respect - heat, sun, and they jump along the beach, sometimes in suits, sometimes they agitate everyone for volleyball or for exercises, but they do everything not intrusively , plus find a moment for everyone to say a kind word and smile.
- I thought what to write from the minuses - I don’t know, yes, these are towels at 10.00, but this is due to the need to wash them, there was no seafood, except for fish in batter, but look at the price of the tour, seasonal fruits, vegetables, fresh food, I remember there were indignations of one of the vacationers that due to the fact that there were no french fries on that day, her children were hungry today, but that morning there was pasta, etc. , and the fact that children eat only french fries is not a question to the hotel.

+ We went with the Tez tour, directly picked up a ticket to Helena tur, there were also no comments on their work, since we didn’t have time to meet with the hotel guide, so upon arrival from the sea we found a note with the information that we missed, it seems to me that such a positive perception of our rest is also due to the fact that our expectations coincided with what was real - and this is the merit of the tour operator !! ! Victoria, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Plus, our tour operator called us via vapsap and asked if everything was in order with us.
