Were on the twentieth of November 2017. The price with a flight from Kyiv, a transfer along the Egyptian side, all-inclusive meals is $ 650 for two (JoinUp).
Upon arrival, at the entrance to the hotel we were met by a security guard who was dozing on a chair near the frame of the metal detector (we arrived at about 22:00), asked to see the contents of hand bags and, for the sake of appearance, held a hand-held metal detector.
At the reception, the worker turned out to be Russian-speaking, suggested how to fill out a questionnaire for a settlement, put bracelets on his arm, issued cards for towels and a room key. The porter helped carry the suitcases to the room. I will add that when booking at the travel agency, they ordered exactly a room on the 2-3 floors with a balcony (not a terrace) and a view of the pool (on the first floor there is always a terrace a la passage courtyard). During the settlement, no one asked for additional money and did not even express hints.

The room turned out to be on the third floor of the three-story building "Tiran" overlooking the pool (1310), not far from the main building. The room is very large, at the entrance - a corridor about 3 meters long, on the left - the entrance to the bathroom, on the right - two built-in wardrobes, one of them has an electronic safe. Having passed the corridor, we find ourselves in a huge room, which is divided by small railings (I don’t know how to call them correctly) into a sleeping part and a part where there is a sofa and an armchair (I’ll call it the hallway). There are two very wide beds in the room, between the beds there is a cabinet with a telephone (and even with a branded notebook for notes), on the opposite side from the beds there is a long chest of drawers with a stone top, over which a huge mirror hangs. There was a mini-fridge in one of the drawers of the chest of drawers, a bottle of water (1.5 liters) and fruit stood on the countertop.
Opposite one of the beds, an LCD TV hung on the wall, which showed several Russian-language channels and a bunch of Arabic ones. The room also had a balcony with a glass table and two wicker chairs. The bathroom is quite large - at the entrance to the left there is a large mirror, a washbasin and a stone countertop, straight ahead - a toilet bowl, on the right - a bath. A couple of towels per person, a set of products for washing and caring for hair and body.
A few minutes after the settlement, the porter came again with another man who brought a "late dinner" - several boutiques, vegetables, several sweet puffs, fruits.
That is, the first impression of the hotel and staff was positive.
After cleaning. Cleaning was done in the room every day. Towels were changed every day (if they were put on the floor, as indicated on the reminder in the toilet), the bed was made, swans and hearts were sculpted.
If the water bottle was started or finished, a new bottle of water was added. There were no signs of climbing on things. For a good cleaning, the cleaner sometimes received a dollar.
For nutrition. At the time of our stay, only the main restaurant (it seems “Riviera”) and a paid one (“Portofino”) worked on the territory of the hotel. The fish restaurant "Starfish" was closed.
Breakfast started at 07:30 and lasted until 10:00, lunch - from 12:00 to 15:00, dinner - from 18:30 to 21:00. In addition, a beach bar was open from 10:00 until sunset, and a pool bar (“Moon”) was open from 10:00 to 23:00.

By food. Breakfast throughout the week was the same. It was possible to choose from a couple of types of yogurt (regular and coffee) with the possibility of adding various cereals, sliced sausage, hard cheese, several types of soft cheese (such as "Feta") with different additives (cucumbers, tomatoes, greens), olives, sliced tomato , cucumbers, bell peppers, herbs, beef and chicken sausages, boiled rice, boiled eggs, French toast, etc.
A toaster was set up on a separate countertop for breakfast. It was also possible to order an omelette with different additives from the chefs. Desserts are represented by various puffs, cakes - both from soufflé , and from biscuit, cream. It was possible to take standard jams in mini-packages. Separately, the countertop was occupied by ordinary rolls.
Lunch - there were a couple of types of soups, pilaf, meat, baked chicken thighs, boiled vegetables, fish. From the sweet - almost the same assortment as was for breakfast, perhaps some new pies were added (with bananas, apples, etc. ). At lunch, they put out several containers with dietary food - rice, chicken fillet. The chefs could order vermicelli with different fillings. You can order white or red wine from the waiters. Containers with fruits also appeared - persimmons, grapes, apples, etc.
Dinner - soups changed, fish and / or grilled meat were added. A couple of times they gave boiled crabs.
The territory of the hotel is large - from the entrance gate to the sea about 600 meters, from the main building (where the reception and the main restaurant are located) to the sea - about 250 meters. There is a lot of greenery, palm trees, shrubs and trimmed lawns on the territory. During daylight hours, working gardeners are constantly doing something in the flower beds.
Along the beach - the beach is large, there are a lot of umbrellas. Each umbrella has two sunbeds. The sunbeds are wooden, on top - soft mattresses in leatherette covers (they are not afraid of getting wet). Umbrellas that are closer to the sea also have wicker fences from the wind. A pontoon for swimming with a length of 100 meters. During the rest, there was wind and waves every day, so we did not consider fish from the pontoon. To the left of the beach there is a small creek (waist-deep), where there are practically no waves - it is extinguished by corals. In the backwaters you can swim with a mask and see the fish, but not much.

You can also sunbathe by the large pool (near the towel dispenser), but the water in it is not heated and invigorates well, the depth is about 1.20 m. Near the pool at the Luna bar - the depth is 2.10 cm, the water is always 29 degrees. Also near the point of issue of towels there is a mini-pool Jacuzzi - the water is slightly heated. The children's pool (depth 0.5 meters) was always empty, the water in it is not heated. The pool at the restaurant was also always empty, about 1 meter deep, the water is not heated.
The animation was presented by three Arabs who do not speak Russian well. Every day they did something weird, invited girls to morning exercises, water aerobics, darts, oriental dances. In the evening there were mini discotheques. On the beach, by the pools, from time to time, employees of the spa salon were wandering around, inviting for massages and other procedures.
There were very few people at the time of the visit - maybe 1/5 of the full occupancy of the hotel. Mostly Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Moldovans.
Everything is quiet, calm, without drunken hubbub and midnight songs.
Free Wi-Fi only at the reception, the Internet is not stable, it disappeared for several days.
Outside the hotel there is a patch with several shops where you can buy from hibiscus tea to carpets. There are also several points for selling small things on the territory of the hotel itself - on the beach, near the main building. The beach also has a building of a diving center and motosafari.
In general, I liked the time spent at the hotel, you can relax, the hotel is not bad.
During the rest, I recommend taking mosquito repellent if you do not want to be bitten or constantly sleep with the air conditioner on.

Of the minuses:
- there is no normal stable internet via WIFI;
- sleepy waiters;
- not very active animators;
- monotonous food, very meager "early breakfast" - two ordinary rolls, jam and apple each.
