We chose this hotel because 5 stars are declared, a large area, restaurants, etc. - in reality, everything turned out to be wrong.
The cleaning of the rooms was not carried out correctly, the replacement of bath towels, shampoo and gel was not in stock.
The hotel has a lot of Europeans - about 70-80% so the staff is spoiled
About the service: the bartenders are rude and impudent, the alcohol is all divorced - until you give a dollar they will pour divorce.
. The tables in the main restaurant are wobbly and the chairs are dirty. Dishes are often dirty, old and broken.
The food in the main restaurant is really monotonous, and not everything is tasty, at the end of the rest you can’t even look at it.
Animation is very very weak, in the evening there is nothing to do in the hotel. There is no music on the beach, only by the pool and then mostly relaxation.
This is not a 5 star hotel! Perhaps it was when it was built, but now it is 3 *?
