I would like to join the last positive reviews. The value for money in this hotel is excellent. You cannot demand the impossible. It was funny to hear from Russian-speaking tourists that in a nearby hotel they carry wet wipes along the beach and so on. but we don't. But the cost of the hotel is 30-50% higher. So unnecessary claims to life must be paid separately, gentlemen, comrades!
Objectively - 1. the hotel corresponds to its Egyptian 5 stars, the rooms are spacious, clean, cleaning and change of linen, towels, shampoo jars daily. Tipping was left, if not forgotten)). The territory is large, you can not go beyond the whole week. The security at the hotel is one of the best on the coast - this is objectively! Cleanliness and greenery, well-groomed terraces and evening illumination, the absence of insects and reptiles. Well done.
2. settlement went quickly and without additional payments in building 4, we live in Europe, but Ukrainian passports. Just a few words in English will help in any situation. At the reception they understand Russian very well, there are Russian-speaking workers.

3.1. 5 liters of water on the day of arrival, then either buy or collect from coolers that are located throughout the hotel and no one looks askance. I highly recommend buying a set of water in the bar ($ 10) - includes 4 medium bottles of water, 6 cola-fants and tea-coffee packets. They bring a kettle to the set, it is very nice to have a coffee on the veranda in the morning (or in the evening with cognac liqueur).
4. restaurants - 2 pcs. , the grill house was under repair (according to the vacationers, because we did not get there). A wide range of dishes, the cuisine is varied, the main restaurant offers a larger selection of dishes from the chef. I once asked what "nothing to eat" (heard from vacationers) - people are looking for pork, meatballs, dumplings, borscht, Russian salad and so on. It will not happen! So try the cuisine of other nations. And you should not collect 2-3 huge plates at a time. This is slightly shocking. In bars, who are not enough, you can eat between the main meal. Bars throughout the hotel, glasses are not disposable, fiberglass - yes. But read the ad - just so that there are no fragments from broken dishes. Everything is washed in dishwashers and you can take 2.3, 4 drinks. There are no restrictions.
5. alcohol - if necessary, buy at the airport of departure. Strong in Egypt does not stand up to criticism, I did not drink beer, because. after Czech, nothing else is good. Sometimes people are unpleasantly surprised by the desire of people to get drunk quickly (excuse the frankness), "they have more fun that way. " Well, the heat adds degrees.
6. excursions - went to Jerusalem and Petra through a local travel agency, which they found on the Internet (without advertising). We did not use the services of our tour operator, because we were not able to offer these two cities in one trip. Price and quality satisfied.
7. sea - not suitable for people who are uncertain on the water. Only the lagoon on the left side of the beach. The beach is large and well maintained. Many pools, there are deep and children's. For the most part, there were enough sunbeds for everyone.
8. animation - not interested. We listened to music more, sometimes classical music, somewhere in a restaurant with a glass of dry under the starry night sky...
