We liked the hotel and didn't want to leave. I do not rule out that we will return again, because the money spent on vacation was fully justified. Surprised by the people who rate the hotel two, well, not two! Further on points.
1. Settlement.
We arrived at the hotel around 8 am. At the reception handed a present: money and good chocolate. Our room was booked in building 5 or 6, but we asked for the "Tiran" building, and we got it. The bracelets were put on immediately and sent for breakfast, at 10 am we were already in the room.
2. Number.

Superior room, spacious, overlooking the sea and the island of Tiran. The furniture is not new, but solid. Everything is in good condition. The cleaner was asked to clean every other day, leaving a tip. No complaints about cleaning. Every day he added tea, coffee, water, bathroom accessories, cleaned every other day. For a child, he twisted every animal. What surprised us was that we forgot the keys in the door outside. Our cleaner knocked early in the morning and handed over the keys even though he might not have.
3. Nutrition.
Perhaps the food is up to 5 and does not live up to it, but the fact that we had no problems feeding the child indicates that the food is delicious. Although there were dishes completely spoiled by an abundance of spices.
Breakfast: yoghurts, cereals, omelettes, eggs, cheese and sausage cuts, pastries, croissants (insanely delicious), toasts, various vegetables, fruits. Tea, coffee, milk in boleras. Good quality dairy products. Milk is poured into the boler directly from the boxes, nothing is diluted.
Lunch: two types of soups, a couple of side dishes, always several types of pasta, inexpensive fish, beef, chicken, again vegetables and fruits. Every day something new is added. There was a duck, a turkey, a couple of times crabs.
Afternoon snack: French fries, burgers, vegetables, sausages, ice cream are fried at the Luna bar from 3 to 5. Tasty. Ice cream is given a ball in a cone, but you can take at least 10 such cones.
Dinner: about the same as lunch. But every evening they cook a grill.
From food prepared by chefs in front of you. Breakfast is pancakes and scrambled eggs with various additives. For lunch and dinner, fish, but more expensive and tastier, meat (baked carcass), various shells, kebabs, meatballs. There are always three types of fruits, but they change: apples, melons, watermelons, bananas, oranges, peaches, plums, grapes, dates, figs. Desserts are standard delicious biscuits, sometimes cheesecakes. I was surprised that traditional oriental sweets such as baklava were only on the national evening for dinner.
4. Restaurants.
I won’t write about ala carte, we didn’t go. We enjoyed eating at the Riviera restaurant. Greater choice of dishes, good air conditioning, faster service. There is always a restaurant manager, so you will not be left without a table and the waiter will not forget about your presence.

I want to note the work of the managers themselves. Everyone is not allowed into the restaurant at once, so that there are no crowds of people and queues, the queue stands under the door of the restaurant. People are allowed in as tables are vacated. It was more convenient for us to stand under the door of the restaurant, but then they show you your table. No need to run around in search of a table and cutlery, you know for sure that no one else will take the table, and no one will stand with plates over their heads and wait until you finish your meal.
5. Bars
I will not write much. Bars they are in Africa bars. From drinks, except juices and alcohol, the guys make various cocktails. The menu can be asked from the bartenders. We used to go to the Luna Bar all the time. I really liked the guys who work there. I want to note the bartender Romani. A professional in his field, everything is fast, clear, never confuses orders. You can talk with him calmly, he will always tell you where and what is better to buy, it’s good to speak several languages.
6. Territory
There is no point in talking much here. Everything is green, well-groomed, constantly repairing something, tinting, sweeping. Swimming pools for every taste. The main pool is constantly moving, but sunbeds can always be found. The jacuzzi maintains a water temperature of about 23 degrees throughout the day. Cools great!
7. Sea
I realized from the reviews that the sea is not very good. For us it was just right. The carved lagoon is a godsend for families with children! There is no depth by default, you don’t particularly crawl along the corals. You can rest easy and not "graze" the child. Ours is 6 years old, we let them into the water calmly. Before lunch, when the tide is high, you can go snorkeling. There are fish, there is something to see. The child swam with goggles and was happy to be able to chase the fish.

I swam from the pontoon. The sea often has a pronounced current and waves, so you will not be allowed to sail far. But when the sea is calmer, you can see enough of the wonderful reef. The reef is richer than in the bays. For all the time I saw more than 25 varieties of fish, stingray. Strained people who believe that they alone rest. It was hard to get in and out of the water. Aunts were constantly hanging on the steps and descents into the water, who were afraid to break away from this pontoon, they did not react to requests to let them through. Out of anger, she walked one on the hands, with the hearing of the lady it became better. Normal people, who were afraid to swim, put on a vest, took circles from the rescuers, and solved the problem. But not fat begimotki aunts. About the aunts - the information is fact-finding, it has nothing to do with the hotel.
8. Animation
The animation is quite standard: aqua aerobics, zumba, darts, yoga, evening shows, designed for a week, are then repeated. At the children's disco, the child flew headlong. Girls animators are just great, they know how to communicate with children and it is clear that they enjoy it. It was funny to watch them gather the kids for the disco. They take one child and rush around the restaurant with him, collecting a train from children. Our little one squealed with delight. These same girls and one guy work at the kids club. The child really liked it there, but there were not always children. My husband and I lay around the children's pool while the child played. The animators drew with them, played water polo, drove the train to the bar to drink and eat pastries. At that time we were just relaxing. Super!
9. Guest relation service.
Thanks a lot girls! For any question, you can contact them, they will always help. My husband's birthday was arranged without any problems. We did not have time to discuss everything with them, so the girls themselves found me and found out the information they were interested in. Well done.
10. The contingent of vacationers
About the division into Italians and everyone else - true. But this did not affect our holiday in any way. No complaints about the service. We felt on equal terms with all nationalities. If you treat people well, why would they shit on your soul. There were rough-and-tumble tourists who were frankly rude in the face of the staff or staged a drunken brawl, and then took offense at the service. Everything suited us, we always said hello, smiled, joked. And the attitude towards us was more than good.
As a result: if there is an opportunity to return to this hotel again, we won’t even think about it! Let's go.

P. S. : I can give a couple of recommendations for shopping lovers. I won’t write about George Clooney’s store, a lot has been written. After 300 meters from this store there is a local store Ragab Sons with fixed prices. Here we bought fruits, ice cream, sweets, groceries for the journey, spices, and cosmetics. Pay attention to Vebix “7days” deodorants, Vatik hair cosmetics (sort of like that), Eva face creams from the United Arab Emirates, Miswak toothpaste. The quality is excellent, the price is ridiculous. State. El Ezabi Pharmacy is 2 km away. For travel in a minibus they gave 2 pounds per person. It makes sense to bring honey from Egypt. drugs, the quality is better than ours, the prices are lower. El Ezabi has fixed prices. Suitcases can be taken on site, the prices are the same as on the street. Prices are relatively low in all shops of the hotel, you can bargain.
