1 - only one (not two as stated in the description) heated pool - you need to understand that the depth in it is 205cm - you can’t stand up - the whole hotel is in it - crowded - there are not enough sunbeds - Arabs are lifeguards - SELL sunbeds for baksheesh by this pool - two sunbeds - 5 bucks
there is of course an option to get up at 7 am and put towels - but I personally saw how the same rescuers come and COLLECT these towels - if there are no owners for a long time - 15 euros for a towel.......
2 - for the first time in charm I met the DIVISION of vacationers - into Europeans and Slavs (former union) - the division is simple - according to the color of the bracelet, it means like this:
a - ours has two restaurants - Europeans have 3
b - different animation teams - our wall at the canteen - amphitheater of Europeans

c - separate children's clubs - the European one is much better and richer (elementary in ours we draw only with colored pencils - in the European one, animators draw paints and felt-tip pens and on the faces of children)
d - you stand in line at the bar - Europeans are served OUTSIDE of the queue - that is, the queue is only for us : )
e - Europeans wear cocktails and refreshing towels all day - we are not supposed to.......
well, in general, the essence should be clear - we feel like a black man in America at the beginning of the last century : ) with limited rights : )
we talked with the animators - the girls said that the Italian owner organized the hotel in this way - they say he sees it that way.......
I must also add that the beach is shit - very shallow - during high tide - maximum waist-deep at low tide - ankle-deep : )) we were unlucky the low tide was from 11 am : ))
from the bridge (yes, from a bridge not a pontoon) it’s not interesting to swim, firstly, it’s very deep right away - you can’t see the bottom - secondly, dead carals - there’s nothing to watch in the third, a strong current - you have to constantly fight - you get tired quickly - you won’t swim for a long time - children are like that can't be left unattended for even a minute
let's add mediocre food - there are LITTLE dishes - the assortment is weak - but I must admit they cook by Egyptian standards not badly - in the same jolie vili or reef oasis - food quality is worse despite the larger assortment
conclusion - I personally will not go to this hotel again, and not because the hotel itself is bad - but because I didn’t like feeling like a black man : )
