To begin with, we were in Egypt for the first time. Yes, perhaps this review will be a bit overrated for the hotel and the rest in general, because this is the first time, but I deliberately waited a little time for the feeling to “cool down” a little. So my review may seem "deliciously exaggerated" to a brave tourist.

Let's start.
We came here as a family of 5 people. Three adults and two children (6 years old and 1 year old).
Arrival 21:00. Immediately at the reception they put on bracelets and sent for dinner.
For an additional fee ($ 70) they gave room 2211, this is a room in a building closer to the sea.
Number

The room is huge, specially calculated the quadrature of 2 rooms with a total area of ​ ​.48 square meters, this is without a corridor, a bathroom and a terrace. The room is old, plumbing is old, but everything works. There is a TV with a couple of poorly showing Ukrainian. channels (far from the satellite, nothing can be done about it), refrigerator, free safe, wardrobe, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The air conditioner is very loud, it's hard to sleep with it at night (a problem in many hotels with central air conditioning).
Room cleaning is so-so, very so-so! Though you leave a buck or not, it's the same. The first days the floor was wiped, the beds were messed up (nothing was cleaned in the crib), the towels in the bathroom were folded and accessories and drinking water were added. Swans were not spun.
The last day the cleaner was replaced, there was a heart of towels, a lot of drinking water, all beds were made, upon arrival the cleaner stood on the doorstep and waited for a buck : -).
Food
The food is not a great variety.
Meat (chicken, veal), potatoes, cereals, soups, grilled meat (they fry it very much, right up to black : ), pasta, rice, a lot of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, all kinds of cheeses, cheese dressings. For breakfast, yogurt, scrambled eggs, pancakes, thick waffles. The choice is definitely more than cooking at home)). To taste, well, so-so, a lot of spices that our people are not very familiar with.
Every day there were different cuisines, different countries, but the taste of the dishes almost did not change due to the same spices. There were rolls to taste... oh, crabs, also thrown away, not at all tasty. Lots of pastries. Sweets are all on the same cake with different top layers, very sweet! Of the fruits there was a melon (very tasty), apples, dates, plums, peaches, oranges, everything seems to be. Juices are not juices - chatterbox, but the children really liked it)). The coffee from the machine is so-so. Powdered milk, but again the child drank and asked for supplements.
The waiters in the restaurant are young guys, they all dangle, try, for $ 2 a young boy waiter ran around us all the time, brought both water and drinks, in short, worked out the money all week)).

Local alcohol for an amateur, we drank beer with "sprite" ("shandy" as they said), very much nothing, I took "cola" with whiskey / rum - you can even drink it. Near the pool and on the beach we took mojitos without alk a couple of times, also pretty good (mint, ice, lime and syrup). We tried all kinds of colored "layered" cocktails, but everything tastes better, you should not take them.
Sea
The beach is clean, sunbeds are old but clean, umbrellas also need attention. Towels are also old, but clean.
Before lunch, a red flag hangs on the pontoons, everyone bathes in a paddling pool carved from corals, where the depth is waist-deep, but the water is like tea. After lunch, you can plunge into the depths, but the waves are very large. A bunch of fish, even in shallow water there is something to see. The last few days have seen that there are a lot of sea urchins in the corals, so we need "corals", but I managed without them)).
After lunch we were always near the pool. Children happily splashed in the children's pool, and we are in the adult pool, they are adjacent here with a smooth transition from 1.5 to 0.5 meters and a good smell of chlorine. A little further there is a pool with a depth of 2 m, go and swim there a couple of times, the smell of chlorine is less, but deep. Nearby is a bar and a daily kitchen where they handed out french fries (by the way, not very bad) with meatballs, there was also ice cream, they took it a couple of times.
Lifeguards are constantly on duty near the pools.
All pools are open until 18:00.
Animation
Animators separately for Russian speakers and Italians. The animators look very tired.
During the day, my wife went to yoga a couple of times, the children danced in the evening, once there was a "fire show".
Regarding the division into castes (colors of bracelets).
Bracelets were 4 colors:
gray - Russian speakers;
blue - Italians;
yellow - not speaking either Russian or Italian (Germans and Asians);
green - children and Arabs.
Gray bracelets are treated a little worse, but a couple of bucks solves the problem for the whole holiday.

The hotel service itself is normal, they constantly do something on the territory, cut the bushes to bare branches)), remove the garbage, poison mosquitoes (they poison them every evening around 7 pm). Everyone tries to smile, ask "How are you? ", "Is everything okay? " although I understand that it is very stretched from them, it is their job.
The hotel itself is huge! Three large pools and one paddling pool, a lot of lawns with grass, a field for children's football, a field for adult football or basketball.
I tried to write all the important, as for me, moments. Naturally, he did not tell everything, he missed a lot.
You can dig up a lot of bad, but as well as good. Compared to the hotels that we saw on the way from the airport (approx. 10 hotels we saw), this is one of the best.
