Check in was no problem as we arrived in the evening. We had a superior room which was big enough. In terms of interior is not new, but everything worked. I liked that the furniture in the room is made of natural wood. The cleaning was good, the boy was constantly spinning some kind of swans. Toiletries included soap, shampoo, body lotion and shower gel. 1.5 liters of water were replenished every day in the room and another set for making tea and coffee.
The territory is large, beautiful, green. It is obvious that they are being taken care of. In some places, of course, renovation is needed, but this is not critical. There is a warm pool, next to it there is a bar and at certain hours it functions as a snack bar. This bar (Luna bar) has good wi-fi. In the form of snacks at the snack bar before lunch, all sorts of puffs, and after lunch, french fries, meat patty, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, ketchup and a bun. They make cocktails, you can drink, but not ice.
Separately, I want to note a huge area for children. It consists of a warm children's pool, a football field, a playground, a kids club and sunbeds with umbrellas for parents of children.

The beach is big enough. There were always enough sunbeds for everyone. The pontoon is not long, as for Nabq. The coral reef is very lively, in 6 days I saw several lionfish, a small moray eel, a green stingray, and this is not counting the huge number of a wide variety of fish and corals. Who goes beyond the sea, you will not regret it! There is also a lagoon here, an adult will be waist-deep, and it’s the very thing for children, entering from the shore. There is a lifeguard, and not for the sake of appearance, but really attentive.
I really liked the food. Every day there was seafood (calamari, several times shrimp and octopus), there was always fish, beef or veal and chicken. Vegetables in abundance and all greens. Several types of olives, very tasty. The boy cooked delicious pasta. Side dishes were potatoes, rice, beans, couscous. Always 2 types of soup. Of the fruits were apples, melons, grapefruit, tangerines, bananas, oranges, maybe I forgot something else. Delicious soft cheeses such as feta and mascarpone. Every evening there was a themed dinner. Praise to the confectioner - very tasty pastries and cakes. Liked the breakfasts too. And there was always a diet corner. What else I liked, for breakfast there was a corner with various jams and honey with the addition of hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds and other nuts. Good coffee and tea, but I did not have enough green tea, as there was only black. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is tablecloths on the tables at least during dinner.
I didn't like that the bar in the lobby was chargeable. Although wi-fi in the lobby catches well.
The hotel staff is friendly, everyone smiles, they ask if everything was fine, if everything is fine.
I want to separately mention the waiter Ahmed, very attentive and efficient.
I also liked the staff at the hotel reception, everyone is very friendly, if you need something, they sincerely try to help. They speak Russian well.
Animation in the hotel was. During the day bocha, volleyball, stretching, etc. and evening show.
I liked the guide Anex tour Hani. Usually the guides are very intrusive and arrogant, but this is not about him. Even if you don’t buy excursions from him, he still asks about staying at the hotel, is everything okay with you, do you need help in something.

Now for what I didn't like. There are many Italians in the hotel. They have their own host side Alpi Club and, to my terrible surprise, their own restaurant, separate amphitheater and animation. This is not very pleasant. Tourists from many countries, including Poles, Balts, Germans, Ukrainians, Belarusians and others, rest in the hotel, but such a special attitude is towards Italians. All vacationers have the right to equal treatment. This discrimination at the end of the holiday just starts to irritate. It is noticeable that hotel workers (especially waiters and bartenders) are trying to please them, and other tourists are not given so much time and attention. Dear hotel workers, if you really want different vacationers to come to you, and not just Italians, please change your attitude towards them.
