Rested in August 21. First about the pros:

- a very beautiful reef near the hotel (pier)

- sandy clean beach

- clean swimming pool

- very close to the sea

- close to the airport

- good room cleaning

Thanks to a man named Hany Said for cleaning, the cleanliness of the room is 5 out of 5. He also always responded to requests for water, shampoos, gels, sheets and the like. Thank you!

- beautiful well-groomed territory of the hotel

From the animation, I liked the fire show and water polo in the pool, otherwise the animation was 3.

Cons: Food. To be honest, it's not very good. Few fruits, diluted juices, cheap alcohol, shish kebab was overdried, little choice. No ice cream, french fries were only once. I was waiting for him: D The soup was oversalted once, on the second day they corrected it. But we were never hungry. It's just that this food is not a 5 star hotel. Drinks were served in disposable glasses. Why not buy normal glasses? There is a sense of savings in everything.

- intrusive marketing on the territory of the hotel (spa, excursions)

- the furniture is not new, looks average

- old sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. They can be used, but not convenient. You can often find rods sticking out of umbrellas. Ideally, they would be replaced with more modern ones.

- Internet only at the reception and in the restaurant

IMPORTANT: according to our surveys of people from other hotels, we concluded that this is the situation throughout Egypt. In all hotels. Everywhere people complained that the food was not very good. Some were worse than us. Therefore, I can say that most likely for the level of Egypt this is a good hotel. By European standards, or at least when compared with hotels in Turkey, this is not 5 stars.

Wishes to the hotel: at least improve food, add variety, fruits, high-quality drinks, replace umbrellas on the beach and sunbeds with new ones, stop using plastic for drinks, buy dishes.

Overall, I rate the hotel 4 out of 5.
Loved the coral reef near the hotel. It is of amazing beauty and covers all the shortcomings of the hotel.

If this is your first time abroad, you will love it. If you have already rested in other countries in excellent hotels, you will feel that hotels in Egypt are a little behind in quality.
