The priority was as many days as possible because with a hard road you still want to relax, and service and so on later. I fell for this hotel even though I was scared after reading the reviews. In principle, after discussing all the nuances and our needs, we decided that the norm option is with a good location, to walk, see, see the city. And the difference in payment should be spent on restaurants and walks.

As everywhere - there are very friendly employees, and there are just rude people who make fun of you (especially at the reception. One shift is very pleasant, and the other - it's terrible how they communicate and rip people off). The same situation with the bartenders. The cleaner was just a top, at the pool the lifeguard was a top, the bartenders here depend on which...

Rooms

We were in building 6, the furthest. Everything is old, but everything worked. It is very convenient that it is deep, quiet, quiet, a pleasure. Regarding cleaning, the boy who was assigned to our building came every day, we asked not to clean more often, we did not need it. For all requests, changing towels, paper, napkins - he always brought everything the first time. The bed was changed only once. We saw cockroaches once, but we are not delicate. Therefore, I did not have any particular questions.

Everything is very, very poor, but what money...In principle, I always had norms and there was something to take. And thank God, you can't eat extra kg. There were enough vegetables, there was little fruit (but there always was), and we just happened to catch the beginning of the mango season, so we bought them at a fixed price and took them with us (and royal mangoes at 55-65-75 UAH per kg are a sin not to eat). There was always fish, they gave us crabs. Rice was delicious. We were surprised - the soups were always delicious, because in other hotels there was a problem with them. The fried donuts were incredibly delicious, we ate them every day : ).
What I couldn't understand was how they could spoil the sweet! Sweets have always been their specialty, the specialty of Egypt. This is the first hotel where almost all the sweet cakes, buns were not tasty, really not tasty. And the mousses and jellies are frankly disgusting, impossible to eat! But maybe this is more of a plus - again, you won't bring extra kg.

Also a question to the hotel management regarding the tableware policy! Having been resting in more than one hotel for more than one year, we are used to taking our own plastic glasses with us that are not blown away by the wind, which are convenient to carry. This ensures environmental care, and saves the hotel money and cheap plastic does not fly everywhere around the pool and not only. Here it was categorically forbidden to pour water, cocktails at the bar into your own glass (I did not ask for a bottle, it is not about filling it thoughtlessly). What is the logic? that I will take three of your plastic ones and pour them into mine? You will pay for three that I will throw away in a second and it's good that I am a well-mannered person and will do it in the trash, and not like most people who just leave them around the pool and your employees will still spend time cleaning up this plastic...It's time to start taking care of the environment somehow because you have a PROBLEM with this in your country

Here's a question for the hotel - because they are openly lying!
Kanabesh - a beautiful sandy beach, there were always sunbeds, everything is fine except that you have to walk to it, and there is no shuttle! That is, they indicate that it is there, that they take you there, in fact it does not exist and you have to walk to this beach. Also, the minuses are that you have to take a ticket to this beach and you are only allowed to go there once a day! That is, you were there in the morning, after lunch sit by the pool or go to the coral one. You no longer have the right to Kanabesh! What? What kind of restrictions for vacationers? Not only that you can walk around on foot, but also choose when! Incomprehensible policy of restrictions (the whole hotel does not go there anyway)

But again, it's a flight to the hotel! Well, isn't it so hard to screw 3 boards together? Do you really care about the safety of your tourists? If you want to go down from the pontoon, it's very dangerous, the bridge is in a state of disrepair, the steps are all broken off. Therefore, it's better to go in from the shore, it's longer but safer.
To sum up, if you understand where you are going and for what money, then the option is not very bad due to its location and in principle everything basic is there
(if you buy a tour at a discount). There will be no bed bugs, white sheets. All other issues can be resolved or purchased at the expense of the difference in the price of tours. Therefore, adequately assess what exactly you need for your vacation and then there will be no problems. And you can always find something to achieve if you want...Will I come back? I don't know, depending on what the request and price will be.
