The duvet covers were inside out, the duvet was across the duvet cover, part of the duvet was sticking out, part of the duvet cover was empty. And they carefully tucked it all under the mattress. It was like a sleeping bag. Maybe some people can sleep without being able to move properly, but we couldn't. We had to take the duvet out, which was quite difficult, and then had to tuck the sheet back under the mattress. It was really annoying. We stayed at a three-star hotel in Greece – the food was tastier and more varied, with lots of seafood (octopus and all sorts). Why not hire a better chef? Overall, if we went to Sharm El Sheikh again (and we won't, because we don't think it's the best place to relax), we'd definitely choose a different hotel. If you don't care about food and can eat the same thing almost every day, you'll love it here.

Water is given to the room only 1 time when checking in, then you can only get it at the bar. The food is monotonous and simple. There is no sweet, their jellies look terrible. The only fruits are melons, oranges and dates. The only fish is hake in batter so fried that you can't even feel the fish.
The sea is 20 minutes away on foot at a fast pace, the transfer to the sandy beach is only once a day there and back (at 10.00 from the hotel back 13.00)
There are 2 shifts of administrators. One curly short man is rude, sharp and not pleasant. The other is tall and thin, he was the one who moved us to another building.
The pools close at 18:00 There is no entertainment program as such, more for children.
