We waited 2.5 hours while they cleaned another room on the street and at half past 1 in the morning they gave us another room. It was not luxurious, ordinary but serviceable, cleaner and newer, most importantly without cockroaches.
It turns out that the hotel has an old building 1 and 2 (which we were originally accommodated in) which is no longer suitable for living and new buildings from 3 to 9 where the conditions are better. Demand to stay in the new building.
Water is given to the room only 1 time when checking in, then you can only get it at the bar. The food is monotonous and simple. There is no sweet, their jellies look terrible. The only fruits are melons, oranges and dates. The only fish is hake in batter so fried that you can't even feel the fish.
The sea is 20 minutes away on foot at a fast pace, the transfer to the sandy beach is only once a day there and back (at 10.00 from the hotel back 13.00)
There are 2 shifts of administrators. One curly short man is rude, sharp and not pleasant. The other is tall and thin, he was the one who moved us to another building.

We were in building 6, the furthest. Everything is old, but everything worked. It is very convenient that it is deep, quiet, quiet, a pleasure. Regarding cleaning, the boy who was assigned to our building came every day, we asked not to clean more often, we did not need it. For all requests, changing towels, paper, napkins - he always brought everything the first time. The bed was changed only once. We saw cockroaches once, but we are not delicate. Therefore, I did not have any particular questions.

Everything is very, very poor, but what money...In principle, I always had norms and there was something to take. And thank God, you can't eat extra kg. There were enough vegetables, there was little fruit (but there always was), and we just happened to catch the beginning of the mango season, so we bought them at a fixed price and took them with us (and royal mangoes at 55-65-75 UAH per kg are a sin not to eat). There was always fish, they gave us crabs. Rice was delicious. We were surprised - the soups were always delicious, because in other hotels there was a problem with them. The fried donuts were incredibly delicious, we ate them every day : ).
What I couldn't understand was how they could spoil the sweet! Sweets have always been their specialty, the specialty of Egypt. This is the first hotel where almost all the sweet cakes, buns were not tasty, really not tasty. And the mousses and jellies are frankly disgusting, impossible to eat! Also a question to the hotel management regarding the tableware policy! Also, the minuses are that you have to take a ticket to this beach and you are only allowed to go there once a day! That is, you were there in the morning, after lunch sit by the pool or go to the coral one. You no longer have the right to Kanabesh! What? What kind of restrictions for vacationers? Not only that you can walk around on foot, but also choose when! Incomprehensible policy of restrictions (the whole hotel does not go there anyway)
