Nevertheless, there are generally accepted standards of hotel assessment.
In Sharm El-Sheikh, before that, I would say at once that my main criterion for choosing a hotel is the presence of a good living coral reef, as well as the first line, or the second, but in walking distance. Having read the unflattering reviews about the Sharm Plaza Hotel 5* hotel and the lack of substantive information about the reef, I still chose it, because the tour agent assured me that the reef there is good.

I had no strength to fight that day, and we stayed to sleep on two beds. After 2 days, we “knocked out” another bed and our cleaner of the numbers helped us in this, because at the reception we did not react to the request to bring the bed.

In the room, as I said earlier, two beds, a TV that we have never turned on, and therefore do not know if he is working, a well -working air conditioner, a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, a balcony, clean bedding, dispensers with shampoo, soap and a shower gel in the bathroom, but the absence of such elementary things as a dressing room and an exhaust in the lifting. bathroom.

Everything was a worker except the door lock - it opened 25 times after going at the reception. This was pretty bored and spoiled the mood for vacationers.
The rooms were cleaned poorly, bedding has never changed! And according to the standards of 4 stars, the change of linen should be produced once every two days, and 5 stars - daily. Our cleaner was very friendly and helped us solve household issues in the form of a broken door handle, bed, etc. And we always gave him $ 1. Why did he not change bedding and carried out the cleaning poorly - this remained a mystery.

The hotel infrastructure is convenient and compact: the hotel consists of nine buildings, a spa, a gym, several pools, there may also be some kind of social and everyday complexes for tourists (laundry, hairdressers, conference halls), but we did not use these services, so I will not say anything. The hotel also has the main restaurant and five restaurants a la Carte (Mexican, Indian, Arab, Italian pasta and Italian pizza).

Food at the hotel is very good! A huge number of vegetables: fresh, baked, boiled, grill. The meat for lunch and dinner was always very tasty: excellent taste beef, chicken, fish, turkey, very often gave seafood. I lacked greenery in the form of arugula, basilica, parsley, but I compensated for it with salad leaves. Potato, pasta, couscous, there were always rice.
Quite tasty pastries. All kinds of snacks between basic meals.
At lunchtime, for those who do not want to go to the main restaurant, near the pool you can have lunch with fish in the batter+Free+Sentwitch potatoes or pizza. At 16.00 they offer ice cream.

I also liked the restaurants a la carte! Good service, beautiful feed and delicious food. We visited 4 out of 5, I especially liked the Arabic and Mexican restaurant, the food in the Indian restaurant was very sharp for us, but also tasty.
Knowing the quality of local alcohol, we took our own, but we tried local beer a couple of times, and we also liked it.
The staff is smiling and friendly, despite their hard work.
At the entrance to the main restaurant, there was always a woman who looked like an administrator with a charming smile and met guests. We also met the chef a cook and expressed gratitude to him for their work and delicious food. He turned out to be a very pleasant and friendly person.
There are flaws in the work of the main restaurant, namely: due to the large flow of tourists, very often had to run in search of cutlery, napkins, cups and boiling water. Мы, конечно, приспособились, но так быть не должно.

We swam with very great pleasure far away and enjoyed the extraordinary beauty of the Red Sea. This year, for some reason, there were few fish and a lot of jellyfish, but they are absolutely harmless.
We met slopes, almost every day Muren, Napoleon, was a turtle, but I, unfortunately, did not meet her, and there was also a whale shark, which is an absolute vegetarian)) She is really not dangerous and she should not be afraid of her
