Hello! We arrived at this hotel from 14/01 to 21/01/2009. I will be objective in my review, I will start with the pros:
1. We were lucky with the weather, it was hot all week, there was practically no wind;
2. for 4 * a magnificent territory;
3. animators - well done, girls and guys gave their best;
4. made friends with the bartender in the lobby bar, he spoiled us with different cocktails for the whole period;
5. alcoholic beverages were not diluted;
6. table tennis and billiards for free.
Minuses:
1. hotel guide Mukhamed - aggressive, narcissistic type; misinforms hotel guests; does not know how to talk to people (a blow to the reputation of operators Mostrevel and VKO Travel);
2. the room that we were given (No. 115) was located on the basement floor next to the staff rooms and under the dining room sink, respectively (I have nothing against Islam, because my husband is a Muslim believer) from 4 in the morning prayers (prayers) , from 6 am to 12 pm, the roar of washing, dishes and the constant smell of dichlorvos. we only slept in the room and it was convenient - access to the pools, to the bars through the terrace door;
3. the food is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry;
