Самый ужасный отель!!!!! Worst hotel ever!!!!!

2 days ago ended our hellish holiday in this hotel. The hotel is terrible! Not even close to 4 stars! Dirty, disgusting food, rude staff who constantly beg for tips, and there was nothing to give, there was good service, rudeness and rudeness, despite the fact that we were very polite and delicate. I understood that cons can be found everywhere, and it’s rare to find such a cheap tour, but as it turned out I was wrong, my friends found a wonderful five-star hotel on the beach for the same money, with wonderful rooms, excellent varied food and hospitable staff.
But the worst was on the day of departure. We were accused of theft, when we proved our case, they didn’t even apologize, but rudely wished “leave soon! ”. It was embarrassing to tears. I turned a blind eye to everything, to dirt and debris throughout the hotel, cigarette butts under the doors of the room (I don’t smoke), left generous tips for the staff, but what I got in the end....I left this hotel in tears, I tried to hold on because on my hands there were children, but she couldn’t, she roared, I had never been humiliated like that.
