I will say right away that this is not my first time in Egypt. There were budget triples, and fours, and fives. But this hotel is very disappointing. Most of the triplets were better at times. Yes, I understand that this is a budget hotel, but its condition requires an urgent repair of the room stock and replacement of most of the furniture. And basic disinfection. Until recently, I believed that these itchy bites all over my body were just an allergy to mosquitoes (although mosquito bites decreased and did not itch by morning, unlike itchy bumps, which became more and more every day). On the last day, I did find a bug in the bed. I really regret that I did not think to take a photo of him next to the bracelet from the hotel.
Check in:
We arrived late in the evening at 23.00. With two sleeping children in our arms, we were told to wait. They put on bracelets (they didn’t even deign to cut off the “extra” part). They didn’t offer to go to dinner, they themselves began to ask if it was possible to eat somewhere. To which they received a wave of the hand in an incomprehensible direction. Suitcases had to be pulled on their own, as they do not have such a service. When they brought me to the room, I was afraid to put the child on the bed, the bed was all stained. In general, our friends in the "prepared" room had the whole bed crumpled, either someone was already sleeping there, or the room had not yet been removed from previous guests. Poshi at the reception, they asked to change the rooms, to which we were told that there were no available rooms. They talked about a surcharge for the room (which means there are still rooms). Achieved replacement numbers only for the guys. In our room 202, only the third time we managed to choose more or less clean linen.

Numbers (and we saw them as many as 8! in 2 days):
Dirty, dirty furniture. Sinking mattresses with stains and smudges. One of the rooms had a broken granite countertop! Dust and dirt are everywhere in the room, from the switches to the air conditioner. There is dirt and debris under the bed. But a separate shock is the shower room. The extractor hood does not work in any of the rooms and, as a result, the fungus is everywhere - on the tiles, on the ceiling, lamps, plumbing. In our room, water was leaking somewhere from under the door, and after taking a shower, the sea was constantly in the room. The child fell several times. They asked to fix it, to which they received the answer that we don’t know how to close the door in the shower (yes, by the way, in order to close it, you need to try hard to put it in the correct position so that it basically budges).
Most of the towels are stained or completely worn to holes. Curtains dirty and torn. Most of the rooms did not block the window. In our room, the hook was additionally screwed on. Better that way than not closing at all. We had the second floor, but from the side of the window it was the first and anyone could just open the window from the street and go into the room. There were cockroaches in one of the rooms.
I won’t lie, one! , one of the eight numbers is a little better (we met the guys and they invited us to their place). They immediately said that for the "improved" room they paid $ 20 extra for 7 days. And in principle, yes, there was much less dust and dirt. The fungus was smeared with fresh paint on the ceiling and grout in the tile joints. The extractor fan in the bathroom still didn't work.
Food:

There is a small selection, we did not go hungry. All as in previous reviews. Rice / vermicelli / vegetables / salads / pastries / cakes for lunch and dinner. The room itself is not cozy, the furniture and tables are dirty. The main restaurant has been refurbished and all meals have been moved to Caprice (which is A La Carte). In the second, of course, it was cleaner, but there were also "collapsing" sofas and some chairs, staggering tables. And immediately there was a problem of lack of places during lunch and dinner in the first hour of work. We began to come later, and then we were left without sweets and fruits (well, okay, we bought fruits in a shop near the hotel, but you don’t go with a plate and you can’t find a place for yourself). Missing omelets for breakfast
Pools:
The main pool is clean (washed and chlorinated every day), lamps have fallen off in places, which simply hang in the water on a wire. There were always enough sun loungers, their condition is good. Very slippery tiles if you walk barefoot, especially those places where there is even a little water. There were plenty of towels in the morning. Sometimes even in the evening it was possible to change.
Children's pool - shallow, 4 slides, the children rode with pleasure. The fence around it is rusty in places.
Swimming pool with slides - which, according to the schedule, should work from 10.30 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 16.30. - I had to go and ask to be included. Of course, after 4 days of our "walking" we already knew that we would be in the evening and the slides always worked. In the morning I don't know, we went to the sea.
Sea and beach:
The bus to the beach runs according to the schedule, it takes 5 minutes to go. From the bus to the beach you need to go down the stairs.
The beach, like everything else in the hotel, is dirty, most of the sunbeds are old and without marts. We went swimming and on sunbeds just put things.
The sea is gorgeous, crabs, corals, fish - a lot, different. Be sure to need special shoes, because even where it is small, there are hedgehogs.
Bars:
As elsewhere, alcohol can be drunk in cocktails, juices, UPI, cola, fanta, sprite, tea, coffee, water from the cooler. There is no alcohol on the beach. Beer only for lunch and dinner, and paid $ 2-3 for 0.5.
Animation:
The guys are super cool, they know almost everyone. They work for 5 +++, trying to cover all the disadvantages of this hotel. Thank you very much for the individual mini disco for our girls.
The Kids club itself did not work at the hotel, it is also being renovated.
Staff:

Most of the staff are cheerful and responsive, even if they cannot understand a request or a question, they will smile and find someone who understands. What can not be said about managerial positions that look at you with a measuring look and constantly look into your mouth, plate, glass, number, not with the question whether everything is fine, but with the desire to count what you have drunk and eaten.
Hotel guide from Anex tour:
He is a young man, he tried to help in any situation.
There were 2 unpleasant situations.
1. We went for a walk and returned to the hotel in the evening at the end of dinner, or rather at 21.40 and the children asked for food when they came to the "restaurant" everything had already been cleaned, although dinner was until 22.00. They asked at least a bun for the children, to which they received the answer that dinner was over and there was no more food. The question is not even a bun, but in relation to the guests.
2. On the day of departure (there was a late departure), we rented a room earlier and cut off our bracelets. They said that we can use everything except the bar and gave a voucher for lunch. We went to the sea (we got off the hotel bus, and did not come on foot) and the guard did not want to let us go to the beach without bracelets. We were lucky that we had the animator Fokas with us, who explained something to him, and he let us through with a sour face (apparently he was very distant that the van dollar passed by).
This is how we got our vacation. Wouldn't want to come back to this hotel. Cannot recommend it for families with children. I hope that the bedbugs were not brought home.
