The safe, after three trips to the reception and a call on the third day, was graciously deigned to be repaired, but the refrigerator remained idle...
In general, the number (306th) is not bad, if you do not look closely at the details. Spacious. Hot water and shampoos/gels/soaps were available. Not in the amount, of course, that a family of three people needs, but at least it was enough.

Somewhere under the windows, either a generator or an extractor hood was noisily working day and night. Pretty uncomfortable to stay. I think that such numbers give bribes to "refuseniks" like us.
The territory is quite large, with elements of landscape design, with a large unheated pool in winter and with one small heated pool and children's slides, which operate 1 hour a day from 15.00 to 16.00.
Nutrition. Here is the biggest ambush. . . The hotel management "acquires" more customers with discounts, while the quality of service deteriorates with an increase in the number of vacationers.
The usual breakfast picture: it all starts with no clean plates, no forks, no coffee/tea cups, no napkins, no clean tables. You run around, looking for all this, waiting, demanding, snatching, indignant - fighting for your rest, breakfast, a plate - and not resting... And the same picture for lunch and dinner.
Bars (lobby and poolside) do not have beer. NO BEER!!!... This is the first time I've encountered this, because I don't drink stronger spirits. At lunch and dinner, only in the canteen you are casually poured warm beer into a dirty glass.
If there are more than one bartenders at the bar, then no attention will be paid to you and your request until they solve their pressing problems: discussing politics, watching football on the phone, etc. Complete ignore... 3-5 times you need to call him . .
The same story with a trip to the beach: the struggle for a seat on the bus, for a place on the beach, for a clean sun lounger or just for at least some dead sun lounger. . . Often people, not finding a sun lounger, left things on the plastic sections of a broken pontoon bridge. . .
If you think that you will arrive 5 minutes before the bus leaves for the beach and leave calmly, then I will disappoint you... Several times the bus left a few minutes before departure in the schedule. This could be explained by concern for tourists: no one should stand... But why, then, does he leave the beach stuffed under the neck, so that people cannot even breathe? . .

The sea partially compensates for the disadvantages of staying at the hotel: beautiful coral reefs, a cozy small cove among the rocks, a magical underwater world. Especially if you are not too lazy and sail away from the right or left meters for 500-1000 meters.
The animation is good, the guys are trying to cheer up the holidaymakers. Good contests, shows. One of the best animation team.
This is not a four, this is a three with a minus. The hotel received the top 2018 not for quality service to tourists, not for service, but stupidly for the huge number of people who visited it. Moreover, the more people, the worse the service, the smaller portion of meat they will give you in the canteen (this is clearly not a restaurant), the longer you will stand in line for everything, the worse the attitude of the staff will be towards you . .
I decided for myself that I would not go to this hotel for any discounts and promotions. I will refrain from recommending this hotel. Although if you are a fan of the sea, and just spend the night in a hotel, and you are not afraid of all my description - come and try to have fun!
