Perhaps I’ll start with the fact that my parents advised me this hotel, as they rested in November and they really liked it, like me. Before flying, I wrote to the hotel and asked for a good room, since it's my birthday. I was promised a nice room overlooking the pool and cake on the DR. They settled me in a room, but not with a view of the pool and there was no hot water (as I later found out, it was not there for 1 evening), the room was good, but I wanted a view of the pool, I wrote again to the hotel that I want a room that I was promised, to which they answered that tomorrow they would change my room after 14.00. In the morning I went to the reception and asked what time they would show me a new room, I was surprised that they immediately gave me a new room key for verification. The room was great, but I was even more surprised that in the evening they brought me a plate of fruit as an apology. On the DR, as promised, they brought the cake to the room, it was super. The staff is super, especially the animators, guys and girls you are the best. The food is good and no one will go hungry. The beach is gorgeous, the heated pool is something and the slides are super. In general, I did not want to leave home, I really liked everything, especially for that kind of money.
