We were during the pandemic and you can sort of turn a blind eye to the scarcity of food and drinks, a non-working gym, no animation, BUT... Dirt begins already in the lobby. The upholstered furniture is dirty and torn, it seems that the glass structures are washed and rubbed at most once a year. They seem to be always spitting. The dining room resembles a canteen of the Soviet period - dirt, tablecloths are dirty, dishes are broken and poorly washed, cutlery is placed without individual packaging (in a pandemic !!! ) either on dirty tablecloths, or put in trays for distribution and vacationers climb there with their own hands. Everyone also puts food on their own. No film for you, no glass over dishes with food, appliances that every vacationer takes with his own hand. What are the health requirements? The staff are all without masks. Polls! Of the fruits, there were only oranges (which were often missing), the melon was already seen on the tables of the lucky ones once or twice. Although outside the hotel it cost a penny - a dollar strawberries, melons, watermelons, guava.
It seems that they take you for cattle and feed you all the Egyptian substandard. A friend was poisoned by their sour potatoes like mashed potatoes, which I fortunately did not eat. For 8 days they cleaned it only once somehow, the linen was not changed even once, only the towels were changed - strangers were brought from the next room (identified by unfamiliar spots : )) and beautifully folded in the bathroom. After the scandal, 2 hours later they brought clean ones. There are a lot of mosquitoes, the management does not consider it necessary to poison them. Although we were in Hurghada a month before that, also in a pandemic, also in 4 *, where mosquitoes were poisoned regularly. We had something to compare - these are hotels of two completely different levels of service. Although the territory and design of the hotel are well thought out. They take you to the beach, but if you didn’t get on the first flight in the morning, then you won’t get sunbeds. And it’s very easy not to sit down - the driver takes only seats. The hotel has about 400 rooms. It is clear that the number of people wishing to leave on the first flight is much larger than the capacity of the bus allows. The hotel is rubbish and trash.
Would not recommend at all for the money. Respect yourself. And you, gentlemen hoteliers, respect your guests.
