We are residents of Moscow. But the company provided the opportunity to fly only from St. Petersburg, and we again met the company halfway, fully covering the cost of the flight from Moscow to St. Petersburg.

Our tour was shifted several times according to the dates of departure and a few days before departure they changed the dates of their stay in Egypt, increasing them by another 2 days. We again went to meet the company and took on unforeseen expenses by paying an additional 2-day stay at the hotel at full cost.

As a result, we paid for a tour from St. Petersburg to Egypt, to the Sharming Inn hotel, declared by the seller's website as a four-star hotel.

When we checked into the hotel, we were horrified. What we saw absolutely did not match the description and photographs provided to us by the seller's company.
