In general, we are not picky and read the reviews and knew where we were going. And as many thought that the sea compensates for everything. But there is clearly something wrong with this hotel. Either we have not been in Egypt for a long time and everything has long fallen into decay here.
It all started with the check-in: on the transfer, we waited for a long time for a person, plus our hotel was the last, in general, hungry and tired, we arrived at the hotel around the beginning of the ninth evening. We were immediately put on bracelets and kindly offered to come down to eat. There we were waiting for the remains of the most tasteless food that I have ever eaten. Plus, everything looked already completely unappetizing: the food was scattered, the tables were greasy, not wiped, the windows were dripping, everything was fingerprinted. We decided to at least refuel with bread, but it is generally unsalted. As a result, we ate sweet muffins, this is the only food that tastes good, but you won’t go far on them, but only gain weight.
We went to check in, they gave $ 10, they gave us a room on the first floor by the pool, but it was all smoky, there was an unpleasant heavy bitter smell, we were with a child, there were only two separate beds, there was no third one. Again we go to beg, they brought a rusty cot with slats and the guy left, we didn’t understand - at least there would be a mattress, we waited another 20 minutes, he brings it. While they were trying to unpack things: a hanger fell apart in their hands: the door from the refrigerator fell off, the door to the safe was closed with the code of the previous guests. There are no towels, no shower products either, the water in the shower is barely warm, I always froze there. Mosquitoes fly in flocks and are already beginning to hunt us, especially since it is dark in the room, there is no chandelier on the ceiling, and for mosquitoes it is lunch time. The skin itches from the dust, I take gloves, a rag, a product (thanks to the reviews I brought it with me), I start cleaning, spraying with a freshener. I just have hysterical laughter already, in the refrigerator the main place is occupied by ice in the center, bottles somehow fit. They brought a mattress and linen crumpled, with stains, we are no longer surprised, we switched to self-preservation mode, with the thought that tomorrow we will see the sea, the rest is trifles. They asked for towels, brought small ones, like for legs, but thanks for that too. As a result, another Egyptian asked for a chocolate bar, but there was none, they gave peanuts.

And the next day it really became easier and they began to adapt, although the breakfasts were the most meager, but in general they were not hungry. They took appliances with them, because they read that unsanitary conditions, all employees take them with their hands, and so it was and always wiped the appliances with alcohol wipes. But nevertheless, indigestion has not been avoided. Either the food is not processed, or it is not suitable, or they ate incompatible foods, I want to believe that the latter. But we are still moving away, and by the way, when we were going to the airport, my stomach was so pressed and ached, I thought everything would be bulging, even though they would not be regarded as a terrorist act)) but of course I was not laughing then and was very nervous that I would not run to the toilet where is he at the airport? In general, take something for diarrhea and a fastener, it won't hurt.
Now about the service, it is minimal: here everyone wants a tip or at least something, and they constantly not only hint about it, but directly talk about it. But you can’t give by force, but you can only take it away, we learned that no one gives money, in principle. At the bar, you will constantly be banned with a very unhappy face or asked to come later or poured at the bottom (we took only b / a drinks) if you don’t give anything. We once gave coffee in bags (we brought it with us), the face changed, the bartender got prettier right, poured it in full, the next day the same thing again, again sour. Probably our coffee is tasteless)) It was mostly a nine-year-old daughter who went, her conscience apparently does not allow children to be sent with nothing. Here you have all inclusive.
On the second day there was a meeting with the guide, who is of course very interested in selling excursions. It turns out that all guests need to give him a completed A4 about the return flight number, so that he enters and does not forget to pick you up. So, in order to give it away, we waited two hours while he advertised and sold tours to everyone who wanted to go somewhere. And we are unwilling, which means that the queue is at the end. They also waited until the safe from the previous guests was cracked and a new seal was made, as a result, half of the first day was spent waiting and at lunchtime we rushed at full speed to the sea, which would cover everything: all the long flights, a dirty room with a smell, tasteless food, mediocre service, a children's program with songs with obscene language, gluttonous mosquitoes, on which the raptor does not work well, barely warm water in the shower, traumatic slides where a person broke his head in front of us, chipped tiles by the pool and many more. other little things that generally make up the impression of the rest.
And oh miracle! The sea, the Red Sea - it's beautiful! and equalizes everyone, whether you live in a bungalow or in six stars, it is equally accessible to everyone, all experiences go away, complete harmony, joy, delight, fullness comes, around a flock of magnificent, colorful fish. And all this is already such trifles that are not worth your worries; you plunge into a bright range of positive emotions here and now, you stop the moment, you feel how the sea envelops: warm, salty, friendly, beautiful, sun glare along the waves, you imagine how it once parted in front of Moses, that you seem to be involved in this now. . . Happiness embraces and this is what remains in the memory and heart forever and for which it is worth going to Egypt after all. But not in this hotel.
