We chose this hotel on the recommendation of a travel agent. It was the first time in Egypt, we traveled together with my husband. In general, the hotel was satisfied. They settled us immediately in a good room (in Ukraine they paid extra $ 23 for a room with a sea view - they gave us one), but with two different beds. They asked for another room with one bed, they said that they didn’t have one yet, well, okay, they moved the beds themselves - it turned out one, 3 meters wide. For comparison, a man came with us, who already paid extra on the spot for a good number of $ 60, and was dissatisfied. The room itself is old, but normal, the furniture is also old. The air conditioner worked very well - even at 24 degrees it was cool.
All bars offer free drinks during the day and until 12 at night - drink as much as you like. Hours from 12-12.30 to 15 in the main bar by the pool prepared burgers and hot dogs. The main restaurant is large, there was always enough space for everyone. The food is specific, unusual for us. Animation is weak. Every day the same program - exercises, water polo, water yoga, darts for children and volleyball. There is not much entertainment in the evening - option number 1 is to sit in the amphitheater, where some scenes start at 21.30, or go to a bar near the reception - there was karaoke once, and the rest of the time music just played. There were no discos as such, once there was a foam disco and a fire show, and then for a fee - $ 10 per person. If you want to go to a disco, a trip to Naama Bay was organized almost every day.
The main plus of the hotel is the first coastline and proximity to corals. Entry into the sea - two 15-meter pontoons, but there was enough space for everyone to enter the water and get out of the water. The sunbeds are good, if you leave things and a towel, and go for lunch yourself, then no one will take or steal anything. The service is good, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. But the hotel is more aimed at a relaxing holiday, not for young people. We took three excursions from our guides - a safari (where we rode ATVs, buggies, camels, drank tea, ate cakes and smoked a hookah from the Bedouins), went to the water park and diving (for whole days), then we were not bored. In general, I liked the hotel, for my money - a good stay. By the way, in the hotel itself, on the seashore, they offer excursions - diving, a ride on a boat or a yacht, it's cheaper there, but see for yourself, we didn't risk it.
