I will try to describe as objectively as possible what I saw, heard and tried.
So in order:

Check in:

We arrived at about 18:30 (check-in after 15), so we settled quickly. BUT! They didn’t give us money right away (most likely it was a mistake - friends immediately put $ 10 in their passports and got a room in building 4) and smiling, in English, asked for a room with a sea view. They said "OK" and gave a room with a view of the sea and the courtyard in the 6th building. Before that, having read a lot of bad reviews about building 6, without looking at the room, they immediately asked to change (especially friends were settled in building 4 and we wanted to be closer). But they rested on the reception, and despite the fact that there were still many free rooms (we were the first to get ours), we were STRONGLY REFUSED. They gave $ 10, which the boy at the reception took with a smile, said "thank you" and ordered: "wait, we'll decide something", after 5 minutes he returned and "shrugged". They asked the administrator, but he also basically refused to change anything. Neither smiles nor communication in English helped. Aslan from Teztur tried to help us (many thanks to him), but so we stayed in our room 6265. We were a little upset by such a “misunderstanding” of the administration, especially since there were still plenty of free rooms in other buildings, but calmed down and objectively weighed all the pros and cons concluded that in fact: the room is no different from the others: sea view (by the way, from a height - this is +), with water, air conditioning, TV - everything is in order. Also, the advantage of the 6th building can be considered that the central building (where the restaurant and elevators) is 15 meters, and from the 4th and 5th one had to climb the stairs. But if they stay at 6, then only with a sea view, the rest of the rooms will either overlook the desert or the neighboring building.
Beach:
The beach, as seen in the photos, is multi-tiered and plus a grassy lawn. Despite the fact that there are a lot of sunbeds and they could well be enough for everyone who wants to sunbathe and swim, at 8 in the morning it was almost impossible to take them. And the reason here is not at all in the organization of the hotel, but in the “human factor”, in the fact that people take sunbeds, and they themselves “hang out” somewhere around the hotel. There are no people on the beach, there are no people in the pool, and all the sunbeds are occupied. But by 12 o'clock everything is little by little released.
Sea:
For the first time in Egypt, there is nothing to compare with. BUT! The sea is great. The reef is quite lively, although it is only from the side of the coast (we dived opposite the “Hayat” because there are “corridors” of reefs there). But there are a lot of fish (especially if you throw a piece of a bun into the water ))), we even saw a barracuda and a Napoleon. By the way, it’s forbidden to feed the fish, so it’s better to hide the bun and sail a little from the pontoon, and then feed it (an impressive sight), BUT! - do not feed a bun from your hands, a parrot fish scratched my finger in a second.
If you have an underwater camera or a box, be sure to take it. Fins, masks can be rented ($ 3) or bought there, but the quality is not super (China), I brought with me.
Pontoons (there are 2 of them) are comfortable, and most importantly - short (a big plus in the heat). True, the entrance to the sea is only on pontoons and immediately deep, for those who cannot swim, it’s bad.
Food:

There was plenty of food. The food was varied and for every taste, but the menu did not change much from day to day (meat - beef and chicken), so on the 4th day of rest everything became a little boring. Although it is a matter of taste, they cook spaghetti very well and once there was a delicious rabbit. Lots of sweets. There were not many fruits: apples, dates, oranges and 2 times watermelon were given, but very tasty. It must have been out of season. In the bars, too, from fruits, we saw only dates and apples.
I liked the fish restaurant very much. Service is top notch, food is delicious. I really liked that they didn’t forget about the birthday and “at the end” they brought a cake and the whole restaurant sang “Happy birthday” .
As for drinks, I liked juices from non-alcoholic ones: apple, guava, mango (they are only poured in bars), the rest are “yupi”, well, cola, fanta, sprite.
As for alcohol, you can really drink brandy and cognac from strong, everything else..... well, maybe someone will like it. Wine that is red, that white - "sour". The beer is weak and light, but quite normal. The bar, near the main restaurant, makes very interesting cocktails.
Yes, and some people got a little poisoned by something, so it's better to take the appropriate drugs with you.
Service:
The service is good. The room was cleaned every day. True, swans were not laid out from towels (although they always left $ 1 for tea), but this is a trifle. We don’t know for sure if towels and bedding were changed every day, but everything was always neat and clean. The staff at the hotel is very pleasant, they always smile, say hello, always help (Russian, at least somehow, is understood by almost everyone). No complaints - only positive.
Weather:
Despite all the warnings, we still went in the summer. The heat is no worse than in Kyiv (probably even better). Even at one o'clock in the afternoon, under the sun, they managed to run around on the tennis court. At night, we slept without air conditioning with the windows closed (the wind can be strong) quite comfortably. At the end of the rest at night it was even cold to lick out of the pool, and this despite the fact that it was about 30 degrees outside.
Animation:

When choosing a hotel, animation did not play a key role. She was definitely there, but we didn't see much of her. On the one hand, this is good - no one "strains". In the evenings there were discos, contests and other events. But if you go with the goal of "lighting up" and "getting off" then I think - not to "La Vita". Although if the company... we were not bored at all. You can also play tennis (large and table), billiards, etc.
In general, I really liked the rest in La Vita (Sa Vita), despite the minor disadvantages (it’s impossible without them, that’s a fact). Everything else is stated above. Good luck!
