In "Sharma" they quickly filled out the "leaflets", passed passport control. An almost full bus was taken to this hotel, they did not stop anywhere. In the hotel after 10-00 everyone was "ringed". We asked for 2 rooms next to each other, and we got them No. 1761 and 1765 (7th floor of the main building, left wing) with a beautiful view of the courtyard and a small pool. The next day, as always, a meeting with the hotel guide (guides), familiarization with the procedures, etc. , excursions were not imposed, which pleased. At the same time, we learned about the "innovations" on luggage and hand luggage introduced by the Russian Federation. The rooms are spacious, clean, everything worked and did not break, the cleaning is EXCELLENT - everything shone.

In an emergency, we ourselves had to contact Minsk and arrange a flight for November 22 to MINSK (BELAVIA), paying the hotel for 2 days and for the BELAVIA flight. In this case, the tour operator acted as a STATISTA of average scall, and not a tour operator, which should primarily protect the rights and interests of tourists.
