Let's start with the fact that if you arrive in the morning, you will not be settled. We arrived at 8 in the morning, until half 11 we were waiting for the cherished bracelets with which we could go to eat for lunch, and they laid us down only at 14:00. The rooms are old, the bathroom is rusty, the towels are moldy from dampness and stink. From the food there was a normal grilled meat, which was served for dinner, pizza, pasta every other time, beef. Fruits were apples, melons, oranges and a couple of times bananas. About the staff. I don’t know how it is everywhere, but here the kitchen staff, when asked to put a couple more pieces of meat for two people, look at you as if you were taking the last crumbs from their pocket. And it was also terribly infuriating that serving the Arabs is always a priority for them. Often standing in line for some food, some Arab or Arab woman came up to the end of the line, and the first pieces from the oven were given to them, and not to the people who were first in line. For this, a terrible minus. The staff often ignored you at the bar. When it was my turn to order a drink, they took the order from the person next to me in line, as if they didn't notice me on purpose. . I had to swear, shout and draw attention to myself, that I, as it were, were standing here! Ale! Having asked for cutlery from a canteen employee or an ashtray, there was never a backlash. Employees just walked past you 5 times, looked at you but never brought what they were asked for. We had to get up ourselves, go to any table and pick up cutlery and ashtrays from there. The only thing that saved this holiday a little bit is a gorgeous coral reef and a beautiful sea. But I strongly do not recommend this hotel just for this reason. I can recommend hotels with the same gorgeous reefs, but with service that really deserves the title of 5 stars - this is the Sierra and Savoy hotel.
