Pros: The hotel is new and accordingly everything in it is new. The territory of the hotel is quite good, everything is thought out in terms of convenience for vacationers. The beach is good, short pontoons and immediately there is a live reef, where the variety of fish impresses immediately. The rooms are spacious, cleaning and location are 5+, there are rooms with a terrace, and there are also rooms with a balcony. It is better to take a room with a balcony, so at least no one will look into your room through the window. The pool is one on the street, but well-groomed and there is enough space for everyone, and there is also one a la inside, but in fact it is just with a roof on the fourth floor and is heated. Friendly staff works at the reception and if you have any questions, they will do their best to help, but for this you must know English, otherwise you will have problems (I will write in the cons why)
Cons: There are plenty of them in this hotel. Perhaps this is the reason that the hotel is new, but not only. Here the organization of the entire hotel suffers. So: A Russian girl who, in theory, should help Russian tourists, has all the Russian speakers in her mind. In general, it was difficult for me to understand why she was in this hotel, if she sends tourists to the reception for all questions. Further: the staff, this is a separate conversation altogether, for example, we want to give juices, plain water or cocktails (by the way, everyone makes cocktails in their own way), but we don’t want to give. Here the principle applies, who is nicer, to everyone who just wants to relax, how it goes. Girls who accept the invitation of the Arabs for a walk in the evening are given everything and everything is possible, and those who refuse, nothing, and until you threaten them, you will not get anything !! ! It totally shocked me.
The food in the main restaurant is always the same, that is, there are 5 types of salads + vegetables, no more than two types of meat and specialties (they were the same all 7 days while we were there and only once served a fried idea). With fruit in the hotel is a big problem, they give only tangerines and bananas. The second restaurant in the hotel they only paid (and this despite the all-inclusive system). There are 2 bars in the hotel: one in the courtyard of the hotel in the open air (if it's cool outside, you can't sit there for a long time), and the second by the pool, which is open only until sunset, so if you suddenly have a desire to drink something in the evening , then there will be small nuances. There is no bar on the beach (it's a bit inconvenient, but you can live). Their animation is rather weak, they are somehow sluggish.
In general: when we rested in this hotel, there were 90% Russians there, and the occupancy of the hotel was 20%, so when the hotel is fully loaded, a lot of problems can arise inside the hotel, since the staff is not yet ready to serve everyone at once.
In principle, if you still have not decided which hotel to stay in this season, think twice before choosing this hotel.
