Mustafa at the reception seemed not enough and asked for another 10. Well, okay, they paid. Room 1442 on the 4th floor, with a private balcony and a beautiful sea view. The room is relatively clean and at first glance everything is fine. Then it turned out that the air conditioner practically does not cool. They saved themselves by the fact that the morning was cool, they ventilated and more or less enough until the evening. Mosquitoes are not measured! If you dare to go there, take a fumigator. The hotel itself and the grounds are very beautiful. But the staff is terrible! Everyone wants money. Without this, you are nobody and nothing is called. The food is disgusting, it seems that they are preparing for ulcers. No salt, no spices, no taste, no smell. From meat - chicken and beef, but everything is issued and not everything is enough. Those who enter the restaurant first will be lucky, but if in an hour you will be left without meat. From vegetables - cucumber, tomato (constant shortage), cabbage is the same, only cut differently. A bunch of incomprehensible salads of legumes, carrots and zucchini. Horrible eggplant! bread and rolls are often not fresh and like a stone. From fruit - green melon, which is not possible and cut (!!! ) orange and sometimes tangerine, also peeled and divided into slices. For a week there were dates twice in an insignificant amount. They laid out apples on the third day, they wanted to take it - for a fee! Freshly squeezed juices - 2 dollars. We went to celebrate my anniversary, they said about it upon check-in, then my husband reminded me in the evening before the anniversary - zero, in the morning I went to the reception desk - zero, after dinner I went with a scandal - and lo and behold !! ! An hour later, a cake was brought to the room (well, it was) Not decorated, just two cakes smeared with cream. I wanted to launch them into someone's face. I restrained myself) In the evening, the animator girl was asked to include one song for me in honor of the anniversary, but... Complete zero. Two days later, I hear how some birthday boy is being congratulated, a standing ovation and everything for him... The question is - how much money did you have to give so that they would pay me at least a little attention? What was most striking was that when the Germans arrived at the hotel, the food improved dramatically, but how noticeably the entire staff caved in front of them - disgusting. It turns out that we, Ukrainians, are second-class people for Egypt.
We went to an Italian restaurant, pre-registered - they came - we were not on the list, the girl did not give a coupon. They said that we would go to the manager, because we were tired of all this - we immediately found a table. But as a visit to this restaurant showed, it was not worth our nerves.

It is impossible to sunbathe on the beach, they constantly pester with massages, with excursions, they are persistently imposed, it is impossible to get rid of. Also around the pool. In a restaurant, they just come up to the tables and offer wine for money. Although the bar is poured for free. But this is very inconvenient - to eat - you must first stand in line and take something edible, then go to a bar alone, and if not there, then to another for wine or juice. The restaurant only sprite, cola and fanta. Tea and coffee in the restaurant and bars. The coffee is terrible. Tea bags, normal. Drinks - incomprehensible cocktails, sour wine, the best beer was, well, as if we were not lovers of all this, but we tried it.

It is not possible to find it in the hotel if necessary. They were supposed to leave the hotel back at 4 am, but after waiting 40 minutes, the bus began to call Mustafa. And his phone is off. We are in a panic, we started calling the representative - it turned out that the plane was being delayed. This is a completely different story. Almost a day could not take off.
The hotel does not provide a lunch box upon check-out. Or rather, they order it, but the reception does not give it - the concept of the hotel does not provide for it. it's not about some dry bun, but about the attitude itself.
In the room cleaning was normal, but we always left chocolate. The boy was very grateful and cleaned up conscientiously. Shampoo, gel, mask and soap. The quality is not very - but tolerable. Toothpaste and brushes are not provided. Towels are clean, bed too. The room has an incomprehensible door to the next room, which contributes to hearing from the next room.
In general - I do not advise you to go there if you do not want to spoil your vacation. Maybe for those who are on vacation abroad for the first time and like it, but we don’t. Can't wait until we fly home.
