We arrived at the hotel around 20.00, gave the documents for registration. immediately asked to put on bracelets to go to dinner, but our request was simply ignored, they told us to wait for check-in in the hotel lobby. As a result, registration was delayed and we did not have time for dinner. We had children with us, and seeing our dissatisfaction, we were offered dry food. dude, he was disgusting.


Then we went to settle down. And then we were in for a shock. I have never seen such dead numbers (15 times I have already been in Egypt)! The socket is broken, there is no curtain in the shower, the toilet has never seen a brush, there are no soap accessories, the safe is not fixed in any way (pick it up and take it away) and does not work, there is not a single chair or armchair in the room, there are no Russian-language channels, and the most interesting thing is there is no mini-fridge ! We had paid for a room with a sea view, but there was a view of the construction site behind the hotel and no sea was visible close!

Went back to reception and asked to change room.
We were immediately told that they would not change today and offered to come tomorrow.

The next day there was a meeting with the guide (Join up tour operator), this is a different story ...the meeting began at 9.30, the guide talked about the tour for an hour and a half, and did not accept vouchers. Then he asked to fill out questionnaires and those tourists who do not go on an excursion should bring questionnaires and vouchers from 11.00 to 12.00 and all the people registered in the voucher should come! Why this was done, we did not understand. The guide, seeing that we were not going on an excursion, behaved very aggressively, answered boorishly to any question, and refused to help in changing the number.

After the meeting, we went back to the reception and refused to leave until they changed our rooms (we are 2 families of 3 people each). And it worked! We were moved to better conditions, but there was no refrigerator. And talking with other vacationers, they realized that there is a problem with refrigerators - they are nowhere to be found!
There are a lot of broken sun loungers on the beach, the mattresses on them are torn or sewn up. We got good beach towels, but we also saw quite “rags”. At the pool, people take places from 5-6 in the morning! But foreigners come and they bring sun loungers, while dropping the things of other vacationers on one sun lounger.

All attendants of foreigners and Slavs (Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs) are distinguished by the color of their bracelets, they are red for foreigners, blue for Slavs, children have yellow bracelets here and there. The bar pours 2 glasses in one hand. The Slavs are very reluctant to put ice, sometimes they say that it is not there. however, if any Frau comes, then everything will be found for her.

The dining room has a very limited selection of food.

In ala carda (Chinese and Italian) they fed deliciously, but for red bracelets they gave a different menu (we didn’t see what they brought) ...everywhere you can feel this division into red and blue bracelets. There are no freshly squeezed juices, you can’t even buy them for money! One yuppie in general.

The animation team is very boring. One gets the impression that the guys hang out on their own. On Saturday, the animation team has a day off! This is the first time I'm seeing this. Children's animator Angelina, as it seemed, is attentive to children, plays with them, draws, holds a mini-disco in the evening.
The child really likes to come to her mini-club. However, not everything is going smoothly here either, one afternoon she let the child go with an older girl (not familiar to me) to her parents! It's just a shock! When I go to the mini-club for a child, I see my child coming to meet me, accompanied by a girl of seven years old! When asked where the animator was, they replied that she stayed at the club, and they went to look for us. It's just awful!

In the evening, in the region of 17.00-19.00, the lawn is watered with some kind of slurry, very similar in color and smell to human waste (obviously shit). At this time, it is simply impossible to open the balcony or the doors to the room because of the stench. You go to dinner in dashes, plugging your nose with a handkerchief. The territory is cleaned very badly, plastic cups and containers are lying around the territory, I'm already silent about the bulls...

Towels were changed only once during our stay at the hotel. However, on the day of departure, having come from the beach, we did not find a single towel in the room !!!
