I already said while sitting at home that the hotel is just 1 * and there is nothing to do there, but she did it in her own way)

IN BRIEF - the hotel is already tired, it needs an OVERHAUL!!!! ! The hotel was really crowded, the queues near the bars were 15-20 people ALWAYS, I had to wait for 10 minutes!!! ! At the checkpoint in front of the hotel and at the entrance to the hotel, VACATIONISTS ARE CHECKED TO BUY FISH / SHRIMP. If they see them, they will either force them to eat it right away or throw it in the trash, KNOW ABOUT THIS. And then it happened that tourists came across this. Pros:

1) The territory of the hotel is average - 5 minutes from one side to the other; plus or minus well-groomed territory trimmed lawns, cacti, aloe.

They knocked out a normal room without surcharges through their tour operator (they called via viber, he contacted the reception and put in a lyule for them), but the rooms in Siwa are just dark: hot water happens only at night, at 12 o'clock at night, at other times it just flows from a hot tap a very thin stream of cold water, you can’t even wash yourself through it. The water in the toilet flows around the clock so that it doesn’t let you sleep, there’s EVEN NO brush, it’s just some kind of Trash ...Five stars, Christmas trees ...
For all 7 days of rest, they didn’t even bother to change the bed and towels, for me it’s wild, because I was resting in Hurghada at Mirage Hawaii Resort 4 *, so towels and bed were changed there every other day. With soap and toilet, it was also stressful: they gave one small 20 gr. A bar for 2 people and two 2-gram shampoos and that's it !!!! ! For days in a row I approached the cleaners and the reception desk and tried to knock out a new bed and towels, soap, toilet paper, but in the end there was only one answer - it's all over, come back tomorrow. But I am not a proud person - I took the toilet in skeins, and poured the soap into a jar in any of the toilets on the territory of the hotel. After I got tired of doing this, I went to Naama Bay and bought myself a fix in a store. Carrefour prices are everything you want - from soap to any food and other things (similar to our supermarket, but you can pay either in pounds or with a card, you can change dollars either on site, or there is an ATM in the store itself and you can exchange bucks there).

The work of the cleaner was only to wash the floor of the room with a rag and that's it!!! ! IN THE OPEN DEMAND ONE DOLLAR, but I personally did not want to pay them anything, as I was disappointed with their work and, in general, rest.

The refrigerator did NOT WORK in the room, THERE IS NO COFFEE, TEA, KETTLE, although in Hurghada in 4 * Mirage it was all !!!! ! BUT THERE IS FIVE, but there is nothing. They say that there are bedbugs and cockroaches in the rooms, we didn’t have them, GLORY GOD, but we saw a room with entrance doors taped around the perimeter, asked the cleaner and he confirmed that there were bedbugs !!!!

BOTTLED WATER was NOT brought to the room, every time I had to stomp my feet and go to the piano bar near the canteen for water ...AND THIS IS 5 stars ?? ? SERIOUSLY?????

But I did it in my own way - I came, threw a towel on another sunbed and rested, I was "FSUs" on the opinion of "occupied the sunbed". It even happened that they occupied a sunbed, but for the whole day they did not come to the beach, but hung out on the pool, but the sunbed on the sea - SHOB BULO! IT WILL NOT BE SUPERIOR ...The mattresses are old, torn, generally terrible. My friends had their BEACH TOWELS STEALED, so be prepared to play THIEF and "pick your towel" too, so as not to pay a $15 fine for a $15 wounded towel. Towels are really full of holes, already worn out to holes, it’s a disgrace not to change them for new ones ....There are few sunbeds, not enough for everyone, someone is not on the beach, but near the pool or on the lawns behind the beach.

ALCOHOL JUST A HINDIAN: I didn’t drink anything except beer, they pour a full glass of it and open a can in front of you. Sambuki, Jin was NEVER FOR 8 DAYS of rest.

Tomatoes were ALWAYS rotten and it was impossible to eat them, FRUIT ALSO WERE ALWAYS ROTTEN and they were dismantled in 2-3 minutes ....AT BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER there was one kind of fruit, and when they were raked, another fruit was brought. But it is impossible to choose something from fruits - ALWAYS there was only one vat with one kind of fruit. There were guava, tangerines, melon, dates.
Had beef 3 times at dinner but it was so tough no one ate it.

The fish was mackerel - but they fried it in coal and did not clean their bellies at all. The cooks poured meat and fish, gave just crumbs, when you say give more - they say one person - one fish. There were just horse queues in the dining room - for meat / fish / side dishes 30-40 people, people in these snakes stood for half an hour. And then try to find another free table ....At breakfast, either cereal, or milk porridge or potatoes. There was nothing to choose for breakfast, always waiting for lunch or dinner. And at lunch / dinner for an hour stood in line. There was almost always chicken at lunch and dinner, but on the 3rd day it already started to make me feel sick, this smell of haze infuriated me more and more !!!!

There was a couple of times pizza and meat cakes, but it was given very little - an ordinary piece of pizza was divided by 4 and given the size of a bar of soap.

Birds fly in the dining room every day for 8 days, and if you move away from the table on the terrace, then expect sparrows and crows to eat your food. Cups and plates are washed poorly - traces of food are left behind, disdain to drink and eat from them ...

Cakes were monotonous - always either black or white dough, they changed only on top of the cream to red, yellow, milky. There were even queues for plates, tea/coffee and not always enough cups and tea bags!!!! ! Forks and napkins MOST OFTEN SUCH HIMSELF APPROACHED to the peddlers / cleaners of food and took it himself, they stupidly did not have time to set the tables, clean the dirty plates and wipe the tables from the leftovers. The first day I had diarrhea from their restaurant food and in the last 2 days I also didn’t get off the toilet - I couldn’t get poisoned outside the hotel, because I simply didn’t eat or buy anything outside.
Therefore, be prepared for this, that their food is not the first freshness and will also have to be vilified during the holidays ...

Were in restaurants la carte: in Italian and Chinese. In Italian, they cook tastier, pizza is just a bomb there, their sauces are very tasty; in Chinese - I didn’t like it, all the dishes are very peppery, which then baked in my mouth for half a day.

4) ANIMATION. I saw three animators around the hotel, 2 boys and a girl, but the animation is just a dull bottom ...There are no schedules of events anywhere, even to their faces it said that hang a schedule somewhere, otherwise it’s not clear what you planned for your own events ...Reactions - zero. There was water aerobics at 11 in the morning and football at 16:00, and even then not always, the disco was a day later - all I learned about animation. Get ready for the fact that in this hotel the animation is rotten, you will have to entertain yourself!!!

CONCLUSION. If all of the above suits you - go, otherwise look for another hotel! Personally, I won't come here again.
