My husband and I flew to Egypt for the first time. Transfer and flight were carried out at a high level.
However, the room in which we were settled was terrible - dirt everywhere, a toilet with traces of previous tourists, no soap and shampoo left, but only a neatly folded towel that was left from a previous tourist (smelled of men's cologne and stained). From the third time we were asked to put soap and they brought us towels that were not fresh - with stains and holes. The room was not cleaned during our stay. The trash was never taken out. Mosquitoes gnawed. There is construction going on next to our room and the jackhammer worked all the time. For wi-fi just keep silent. It simply does not exist, even at the piano bar, so during the stay at the hotel they never contacted relatives.

12 we were gathered in the conference room and told about the rules of staying at the hotel and offered 2 most interesting excursions according to Join up: to Israel (without warning that Israel has the most severe face control and there is a possibility that most of the group in Israel will not falls) and Dahab with a full range of activities included, the main of which are diving and quad biking at a cost of $ 75 per person. A sightseeing tour of the city was also announced, from which we had no right to refuse, motivating penalties (Later, our tour operator told us that this was complete nonsense !!!! ). We, like a group of tourists from our hotel, bought an all-inclusive Dahab tour! on December 17th.
So, on Sunday we went on the so-called sightseeing tour of the city, during which there was a brief information about Sharm, a 20-minute walk around the President's mosque and a twenty-minute tour in an Orthodox non-canonical church (the only thing that deserved attention!! ). The rest of the 5 hours we were on a SHOPPING TOUR (nobody warned us about this), which was a waste of time pushing around in small shops where it is impossible to turn around due to the endless flow of tourists (oils, perfumes, sweets, souvenirs and other unnecessary products!! ! ). Upon arrival at the hotel, we had lunch and went to the beach, but there were no beach towels, they tried to give us used wet towels, passing them off as clean ones. Without waiting for towels, we went to the beach without them, but the beach was already closed and we returned to the room.
Thus, the whole day was simply deleted from the holiday program due to the misinformation of the representative of Join up Mustafa!!!!!!!
On the evening of Monday, December 16, representatives of Join up announced the possible cancellation of diving in the Dahab all-inclusive tour due to the arrival of the president. In the morning we were given a mocking dry ration (a half-baked bun with two pieces of sausage the size of a little finger and a bottle of water) and we went on the tour hungry. Camel riding, quad biking, tea with Bedouins were amazing!! ! On the way to the yacht, we were told that lunch was not yet ready and we were going on a shopping tour to listen to a lecture on the unique properties of Egyptian oils and perfumes, watch souvenirs and buy sweets, but already in Dahab! (Again? WHY? ) Everything was great on the yacht, but there was no diving!!!

In the evening, a dissatisfied group from our hotel approached Mustafa, who behaved not quite correctly with us, said that it was better for us to sign a paper stating that we take $ 10 per person and do not make claims or receive NOTHING (and diving - The MOST expensive part of the tour and we ALL went on this tour for diving), motivating this by the decision of the Join up management.

I showed Mustafa the dry breakfast given to us by the hotel, to which he reacted inadequately, sent me to the representative of the guest relation service and offered to “put a sandwich in her mouth”, because he is not responsible for this!

The dining room is completely unsanitary! The plates are dirty and the tea and coffee cups are trash. The food is tasteless!! ! The only thing I ate was cakes, rice and sometimes I managed to get a piece of chicken or fish (((

I can say one thing, more than a foot in Sharm!!! !
