In short, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Let's start with the pros of the hotel:
1. The reef is beautiful. We saw a lot of fish, stingrays (they didn’t have time to catch a turtle, but it was there)
2. Early check-in (we arrived at about 5 in the morning and until 7 we were asked to wait on the sofas, but since there were no more people who wanted to give a little money, we decided to settle everyone else) and sent for breakfast.
3. The room was supposed to be standard, but was given in the main building which is considered a class higher. A piece of the sea was visible from the window.
4. The safe works flawlessly and nothing is missing from it.
(this is where the positives end)
Of the minuses:
1. The speed of the fan on the air conditioner is not regulated in the ROOM. He always worked at maximum speed, thereby completely drowning out the screams from the pool and the music.

One small soap and one shampoo sachet is issued only upon check-in and only 1 time. The bath is such that it’s just scary to climb in there without shoes (chips, cracks, dirt), there was no plug to close the drain. Some of the bulbs do not work, and the second part is represented by a 5-watt LED that barely shines (maybe they want romance? ).
Cleaning is a separate issue. For 7 days and 7 nights, we were removed exactly 2 times!! ! After the second cleaning, the towel was missing, which was on the floor in front of the bath (for feet). Towels and bed sheets were not changed. Washed only passages. They didn’t leave new toilet paper (then I met the cleaner in the corridor and got 2 more rolls of paper with a fight).
The lampshades on the lamps are dirty and stained with blood. On all the walls there are traces of dead mosquitoes. Water in the first 2 days of rest was not hot at all. Then in the morning and in the afternoon it was cold, and in the evening they already started heating it up and it became warm (not to be confused with hot). To get warm water, you need to open the tap and drain the water 5 minutes before bathing. There is no water at night, so in the morning do not be surprised that for the first few minutes an incomprehensible turbidity in color very similar to Coca-Cola will flow from the tap.
2. POOL is dirty both on top and on the bottom. Dead beetles, dry leaves and flowers always float on top. Sometimes there were plastic cups and empty water bottles. At the bottom, the dirt collects in small piles that are visible from the side. The sides are slimy. Water is poured approximately 50% of the required volume (almost to the waist). When you try to swim, your knees cling to the tiles. Lots of broken tiles. There are always a lot of people and they swim (we were disdainful and didn’t even wet our feet there). There is only 1 pool, which is on the way to the beach.

3. TERRITORY: a lot of dead wood. I suspect that during the quarantine there was no watering and everything withered. The grass is dry, a bunch of dry bushes and leaves on palm trees. Dates that fall on the road are not removed, but are trampled on by vacationers. Beautiful green fungi (which were on all reviews) withered safely. The green bushes to the right of the beach are overgrown so that it is impossible to walk along the path. I don’t know what kind of water is used for irrigation, but after turning it on, the stench was such that it was impossible to be nearby (there is an assumption that this is water from septic tanks).
4. LOUNGES, BEACH, INTERNET. We woke up at 4:50 and went to the piano bar to unsubscribe to our parents (the rest of the time it simply does not connect to the Internet). Uploading a file, making a call with a video or watching a video is almost impossible. If you need Internet, then buy a card or connect to the Internet on Soho (there the speed is much better and it works without interruptions). Then they immediately ran to the beach to take sunbeds. At 6 am, about 80-90% of all sunbeds are occupied (only broken and without mattresses remain). After another 30 minutes, they were gone. At the same time, there is a lot of free space where you can still place sunbeds, but they are simply not available. People are constantly nervous and arguing. Personally, I still didn’t understand why it was impossible to buy the required number of sunbeds (for comparison, last year in the Hilton, having a beach several times smaller than the existing one, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone, and on the third tier they were almost all free). There is no sand. Dropouts under your feet.
5. BEACH BAR. The staff completely ignores the antiviral recommendations for serving tourists and "serves" everyone with their bare hands and without masks. For 7 days, the beer was exactly 3 times. Pour 1 small plastic cup into your hands (if you smile, they will give 2). In this case, you will have half a glass of foam. Gin, vodka, tequila, whiskey all tasted equally lousy, but there was always +- available. Poured 20-30 grams. Cola, fanta, sprite and "juice" from the powder have always been. It turns out they still have normal packaged juice, but they drink it themselves, and when they asked me to pour one, they said that it was only for paid cocktails. The bar should be open until 17:00, but at 16:00 some of the drinks were already missing and at 16:30 they were already starting to go home.
6. BAR ON THE 7TH FLOOR (PIANO BAR). Water is given on the 1st bottle of 0.6 liters per hand. The number of approaches is not limited (you need to take water, move away, put it down, return in a few minutes empty-handed and get another bottle, even if you are with your family and you went to get water for everyone). I saw beer a couple of times in people, but the bar always claimed that it had just finished. They make tea, instant coffee, powdered juice, there has always been local alcohol and cola, fanta, sprite. Begged for juice from the bag several times. The wine is made out of nowhere. Red generally tastes like slop, white is a little better, but it's still impossible to drink. I don’t even know how real it is to get drunk from local alcohol. Therefore, many bought drinks to take with them in advance or went to the store for it.

7. DINING ROOM. It's just a separate paragraph of life, which causes only tears. 20 minutes before the start of the meal, an incredible line is built in front of the entrance. Then, to get a serving of food, you will need to defend from one to 8 lines. The food is all monotonous and on the 4th day the appetite disappeared completely, and you move around with a plate in the hope of finding at least something tasty. You definitely won’t leave hungry, but you won’t get pleasure from the meal either. I lost 1 kg in 7 days.
Using the example of dinner, I write the menu further. there was the largest selection of food. The menu had several types of unsweetened buns (separate line), 1-2 soups (the second one constantly ended and only the 1st, separate line remained), tea (black, mint, hibiscus, coffee; separate line) sometimes black tea bags ended and they were tea fine-grained tea leaves were poured into a plastic cup with a spoon, which was then poured with boiling water (after that it floated all over the glass not wanting to settle), the sugar in the sticks often ran out, but if you ask and wait for 5 minutes, then they took out more zhmenu, juice from powder, cola, fanta sprite (separate queue), duck or lamb or beef (separate queue and put 2-3 small pieces), pasta, pasta, beef (separate queue), vegetables and salads (separate queue) from vegetables only tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers were eaten ( often ended, but if you make a scandal, they will take out portions only for you on a plate). The rest of the salads did not look very appetizing, beans, potatoes, rice, chicken, fish (mackerel, which was sometimes bitter or inedible incomprehensible pieces of fillet) (and this is also a separate queue). Pastries, mostly biscuits and sometimes Turkish sweets. Everything is the same type and only a little taste of cream in biscuits is different. From fruits, dates, guava (green and not tasty), grapes and, if you have time, then melon (we only managed 3-4 times in all the time and only 1 time it was ripe and sweet). Here, too, as you probably already guessed a separate queue.
BREAKFAST there are scrambled eggs and sometimes rubber pancakes, 3-4 types of very dry and not tasty buns, vegetables, yogurt with honey or jam (there is no portioned jam, only 1 type in a bowl that is poured 2 teaspoons and if you ask very insistently, you will get more 2. Further, the staff does not understand and does not hear you and gives the bowl in hand).
Several types of cheese. Of these, only 1 was not very salty.

A lot of dishes with chips and cracks that it was high time to throw away and change for a new one.
From salad dressing there is only "mayonnaise madness", olive oil was absent in any form.
Salt and pepper shakers are to be found on other tables. There are no napkins at all.
8. ITALIAN RESTAURANT (ALA CARTE) - disappointment of the day : (.
One day before the date of visiting the restaurant, you must sign up with the person sitting at the table from 10:00 to 11:00. He determines the time of the visit himself, starting at 18:00. Seats are limited, so try to arrive by 10:00. By dishes. There were two of us, and because there are only 2 options for dishes (appetizers, main and dessert), then the waiter persuaded me to try each. So, snacks: they brought me a tomato with cheese poured with butter (tastes like a cold tomato and tasteless cheese), a Caesar salad with poorly washed leaves for a girl. the sand on the teeth perfectly fastened with dried pasta. The main dish was mashed potatoes (they, it turns out, they know how to cook potatoes, but we realized this only in the restaurant because they were not edible in the dining room) with fried vegetables, she had chicken fillet from meat (dry, but edible), and I have beef, which looks beautiful, but was fried in a pan where something had been repeatedly fried before and it burned. The taste of burnt meat soaked through her, tasted a small piece and almost threw up. Dessert: they brought me tiramisu (as they thought), but in fact it was a biscuit with a large amount of cream and half a grape, and they brought her a plate of fruit (in fact, this is a green melon from the canteen, but already without a peel and cut into thinner slices , grapes and inedible dates). At the same time, from the very beginning of dinner, I asked for napkins. After the third reminder, they brought me a piece of paper hand towel in which, apparently, cutlery had previously been wrapped.

And the most epic fail. On this day, the girl had a birthday. A day before the date, they approached the reception and clarified whether there was a compliment from the hotel. They said that there is and they will take out the cake when we are in the restaurant, they wrote down the number and the start time of dinner. The restaurant never brought out the cake. We went to the reception to find out where the promised compliment from the hotel was, he was looking for something for a long time and even called someone. After that, he recommended that we go to the canteen and eat biscuits there (which, in principle, we did in order to somehow satisfy the feeling of hunger after the "Italian restaurant"). Why promise people a compliment if you don’t give a damn about it, and you weren’t even going to do anything personally for me is not clear.
9. LUNCHBOX. The first time I ordered it was when I climbed Mount Sinai. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture, but there were 2 buns with three very thin pieces of “sausage” (which even hungry cats on the mountain ate reluctantly), juice 200 ml, and 2 buns from breakfast (probably to fight off camels). The second time I asked for a lunchbox when we left at 00:30. The staff said that lunch boxes are in the dining room and we can take as many as we need. Arriving at the dining room, we found 2 wicker baskets with buns (see photo). There was nothing else. Nothing at all… Absolutely nothing… They didn’t hear anything about juice, fruit, bags, and couldn’t help (probably, they had to take it in their pockets and then choke on dry food). We looked with envy at other tourists with branded packages from the hotel, in which there was a normal lunch box and who could have a normal snack at the airport and on the plane.
10. ANIMATION. Animators saw in the dining room. I didn't see the animation. 1 time was something like water aerobics in the pool in the sun. It was around 12:00 when the heat made me want to hide under the air conditioner. And 1 more time there seemed to be live music in the evening, but just that evening we went to the old city and entertained ourselves with shopping and delicious food. Usually in the evening music played in the piano bar and sometimes a couple of drunken bodies danced.
11. CONSTRUCTION of neighboring hotels. If you look at the sea, then on the right (between the Siwa and the Hilton) a very large-scale and active construction is now taking place. Starting from 7 am, large machinery and a jackhammer are working. All this continues until about 20:00. You can't even hear the surf on the beach. For all 7 days, we were at least lucky that the wind was in the other direction and all the dust was carried to the Hilton. On the left, a more sluggish construction site, about the same goes and the sounds of working equipment and power tools are heard.

That seems to be everything. I did not have a goal to find cons and criticize this hotel as much as possible. Wrote just as it was in reality. I will return to this hotel (and in general to the Red Sea Hotels chain) only on condition that I am paid. But, even with all these disadvantages and inconveniences, we were able to have a good rest and get the most possible pleasure from it.
