I do not recommend this hotel and others from Red Sea Hotels, everything is in terrible stagnation. All new reviews are true. For the sake of the sea and the reef, you can’t suffer like that, there was no hot water in the room, everything was shabby, they cleaned it once, they didn’t bring all the towels, then they took them away and didn’t bring new ones until we ourselves “stole” them and toilet paper from staff only. The hotel is like a collapsed empire, it is clear that it was once gorgeous, but now there are not even remotes from the TV (they used the phone as a remote control but there are 4 channels), refrigerators and, as already mentioned, brushes, as a result, there are Cherkas everywhere, there are few staff, in the dining room there is a queue and first you need to score a table, find forks and only then stand in lines. The food is weak like everything else.
Sea norms but one pontoon with queues. It’s difficult to score sunbeds, we walked in shorts right from the room, since it was close, the air conditioner and safe worked fine, when the lawn was watered nearby, it stank of sewerage. People changed access cards 10 times in 7 days, since they almost didn’t work, I just didn’t close the side door. Chairs for sea view gave one with a screech, we took the other ourselves. The tour started with 25 pieces, fell a week before departure to 21, they took that much, then it was 19, but this is not worth the torment without hot water, for the same money we rested in Hurghada in May. It is also bad that there is a strong shmon when departing at the airport. Drinks in 100 gram cups. Tourists: the basis of the Russian Federation and Ukraine interspersed with others. Animation is until 11 pm. DO NOT TAKE THE TOUR HERE and other Red Sea Group hotels, they are in decline!
