My wife and I, as well as with children and grandchildren, have been in this hotel for about 20 times. Worth a great location and super reefs. There are no hotels on the left, so I swim almost to the Baron Hotel. Great staff, very respectful of vacationers especially children. All animators and staff are their friends. When I ask the kids where we are flying, the only answer is Siva. Feel at home. The kitchen is fine for us. We go to the Old City to eat crabs and shrimps. In May 2021 there were 6 people; I am with my wife, daughter and 3 grandchildren, less than 1.8 months old (for her a small beach near the coast). Had a great rest. Previously, we were even met with the children at the airport by car and taken away. Now there is no such thing. There are no special privileges for us as regular customers. For all the years, I can only say one minus is the reception. It's been great for many years. Only in 2020 in September it was OK, and in November we arrived at 8 00 and settled at 15.00. TV, refrigerator and air conditioning did not work. Receptionist did not respond to complaints. Agreed with the guys on the floor and repaired themselves. Only on the 5th day they changed my room when the night was unbearable heat. I think it might have been a big run. Therefore, when on May 24 we arrived 6 people and looked at what they offered us. I understand you have to pay. And everyone knows the problems. Good numbers. But this is one such case in many years of our holiday in Siwa Sharm. We love this hotel and staff. There is a beautiful aura here. We have stayed in many good hotels, but it feels like home here. I can't remember more bad things, only good ones. The hotel is recommended for families. Great. And we will keep coming.
