Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

I hope the review will be useful to many vacationers who will consider this hotel. The first thing I want to write, IN NO EVENT DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!! ! We chose it, one might say at the last minute, we didn’t even have time to read the reviews. We hoped that the declared 5 stars could not be such a horror. We flew to rest the three of us, my daughter and my sister. With my daughter for the first time, my sister for the fifth time. Naturally, I didn’t have a very good opinion about Sharma in general, and my sister, of course, is horrified by the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, we were at the hotel at 4.45. We were offered to pay $ 20 per person to settle earlier, which we did not agree to and very well...
We can only eat at lunch, we could drink water only after 10.30, when we were given bracelets (we were waiting for breakfast to end so we wouldn’t go to breakfast). At 12.00 they said that we will give you a luxurious room with a sea view... (and the rooms are all with a sea view). When we entered the room, we were simply dumbfounded, I had never seen such horror in any hotel. Curtains and tulle torn from the eaves, very dirty and stained. The bed linen is gray, not clean, someone slept on it, they just didn’t change it, everything is in spools and wrinkled... There is dust on the table, TV, the floor is dirty, 2 large towels and one for legs are stained. We went to the reception, they said to give a different number. Another room was given at 14.00, in which the situation could be said a little better, but we cleaned the room ourselves, took a pillowcase to the cleaner and wiped the dust everywhere.
The bed was just as dirty, not fresh and wrinkled all in spools, so that it was changed, then from the fourth attempt to change the linen it was clean... and that was at 21.00. Wifi only at the bar and that didn't work at all. Food is a separate issue! JUST AWFUL!! ! Bottled water could only be taken on the 7th floor at the bar, and then they gave 2 bottles of 0.5 per hand, sometimes you had to beg. On the 3rd day of rest there was a bowel disorder with temperature. On the day of departure, my daughter and I both had vomiting and a fever. What is most interesting, the hotel is large with a huge territory and probably once it was good, but why was it launched like that... ? Conclusion, this hotel is a complete utopia!! ! One plus is the sea, NOTHING more...
