I want to say right away that I am not one of those people who are only looking for cons. I'll be honest, before that I was only in Turkey (and now I understand that it is much better)
I have never seen such impudence anywhere as in Egypt.
Pros:
1 well-groomed territory
2 the hotel itself is beautiful, everything is green.
3 staff greets you warmly
Minuses
1 at the hotel 2 beaches: the first is a 5-minute walk which they share with another hotel and it is very small, the second to which the buses are very dirty, the sunbeds are still a sight, there are a lot of boats.

2 we arrived late and while we were at dinner they came to our room to fix the air conditioner (why? If it worked anyway) then we stood and waited until we give money. But for what?? ? For the fact that you did not prepare the number? When they brought our suitcase to our room, this wonderful man didn’t want to leave at all until they gave us a dollar (although we didn’t ask to bring our suitcase, but he grabbed it and left to ask him to give it back, he said no) impudence is simply awful.
3 poisoning. Food seems to be delicious, little seafood. One day from vacation - because of poor quality and not fresh food.
4 cleanliness. This is a real minus minus. In the bathroom in the washing of hair, in the shower of hair, towels stained. On a clean bed, 5 mosquitoes were killed before us (how did we understand this? By blood stains from them) How so?
5 water in the shower is tin. Do you love contrast showers? Then you are here. The pressure is different water from cold to boiling water in 1 minute.
We chose the hotel for a long time based on reviews and were sure. But we were wrong.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
