We returned yesterday and I decided to write a review for the first time. We have been going on vacation regularly with my wife since 1992 and always in 5 star hotels. Therefore, there is something to compare. I have been to Egypt 5 times. Then they flew to other countries, and this year they decided to fly to the Red Sea again and meet the early summer.
I chose the hotel according to the rating of vacationers, and I was not mistaken. Perhaps for the first time, I could not find any shortcomings. Everything is at the highest level, from the first steps (meeting, registration, accommodation) to departure.
And now a little specifics: The hotel building, rooms, and the whole interior, in general, are in a rich European style. The hotel was built in 2009 by the Italians, and there, as you understand, they love beauty. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, good plumbing. Daily cleaning is excellent. Wonderful beds and linens. We had the deluxe with sea view. But, as I understand it, it does not differ much from the standard, with the exception of the opening panorama. But it cost me an extra 200 euros (10 nights).

Places for sunbathing are stepped terraces, in 4 levels. Two - by the pools with heated water and 2 by the sea. Therefore, depending on the desire to sunbathe, you can always find a place for yourself under the sun, or in the shade. There are no problems with sunbeds, they are in abundance. As soon as you come for a tan, you stop at your chosen sunbed, a young man immediately runs with towels (and by the upper pool) and pillows. Opens your umbrella, sets up a sunbed and spreads out a towel. And all this with a smile. And during the day, he will come up to you and offer to wipe your glasses, and also offer a piece of melon, or some other fruit. All this, as you understand, immediately creates a positive attitude.
And the service in the restaurant is a special song. I have never seen such a level of service, speed and attention anywhere else. Moreover, in the first days I decided to see how they behave simply with a hotel guest, without additional "stimulation" of his efforts. And it turned out that everything is very smooth. Service, speed, like a desired customer. Well, then, everyone decides for himself how to respond to such an attitude towards himself. (Especially since they have a very small salary). The choice of food is sufficient. Everyone will find for themselves what they want. Deliciously prepared. Fruits are also in abundance. Always had strawberries for dinner. During the day at the Pool Bar - ice cream. Many people write about nutrition in detail, so I will not detail, like many other subtleties.
The territory is not very big, but beautiful, green. Beautiful lighting in the evenings. This is a relaxing hotel. There is no special entertainment, the animators also do not particularly bother, but who wants to find sports activities for themselves. In the evenings, with the help of animators, dance shows. Good SPA center.
There are no special programs for children. Yes, and they have nowhere to buy, (except for the children's pool), because entry into the water is only from the bridges.
The coral reef is not the "coolest", but there are enough beautiful different fish and corals.
The main thing I wanted to emphasize is that in this hotel the GUEST is the king.
