SEA: the sea, as for Egypt, is very weak. We go to Egypt, first of all, for the beauties of the Red Sea. In the same hotel, the coral reef is very simple. Opposite the hotel itself, the reef is half dead. To see something, you need to swim to the right (if you stand with your back to the hotel), but the lifeguards do not let you swim far - they constantly whistle. We are in Egypt for the 8th time, so there is something to compare. As for Sharma - the reef is weak. In general, we realized that the best reefs are not in Sharm, but in the Sahl Hasheesh region, this is the vicinity of Hurghada, or in Marsa Alam. The reefs of Sharm do not compare with the reefs of Sahl Hasheesh at all. If you want to see the beauty of the Red Sea, I recommend going to Sahl Hasheesh.

Fruit is always sliced. Only apples and pears were served whole (and, by the way, few people took them, because apples and pears are not uncommon in our countries either). Of the fruits, there were only melon, orange, apples, pears and rarely dates. For pastries, the normal choice was only for dinner.
In restaurants and bars by the pool and on the beach, the waiters are trying. There are no complaints about them.
The restaurant and bars are dirty (as for a 5 * hotel)! Dishes in bars are washed very poorly. Repeatedly in the bar we observed a picture: dirty glasses are brought by the waiter, they are randomly rinsed on a quick hand with tap water and immediately the drink is poured to the next guest. It's a shock!
SERVICE: Bad! Constantly trying to impose some additional paid services. The only plus in the service is the work of the waiters themselves. Everything else, what exactly comes from the hotel itself is horror. Always, at all times, the impression of a good service remains after the client feels like a welcome "guest" and when the services are created for him it is not noticeable! In the same hotel, all the service is cheap pathos. Who needs to wipe glasses on the beach with someone else's hands? What are these cheap "show-offs"?

The constant obsessive communication with the staff was very annoying. The fact is that in this hotel they do not wear a bracelet on their hand. Accordingly, you come to a bar for water, they ask you for a room number, you come to a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner - again they ask for a room number. You order coffee at the bar - they ask for a room number. And every time, questions from the staff - how are you? Is everything alright? how do you rest?....and so 20 times a day, everyone needs to answer how I relax here... the waiters in the restaurant also ask a lot of personal questions. Who needs it? It was disgusting to me personally. I go on vacation for rest, for relaxation. If I need communication, I will choose a different type of vacation or a different type of hotel. This hotel positions itself as a relaxation hotel. Where is he here this relaxation?????
