Were in "Sultan" from May 22 to May 29.2014 four adults (parents and a daughter with her husband) and two children of 4 years. Booked was 2 standard 2 + 1. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, left the suitcases at the entrance near the security, and went to get acquainted with the hotel. There are changing rooms on the beach, where I changed clothes and swam in the sea, then took a shower (also available) and went back to the reception. At 11 we were put on bracelets and we got acquainted with the contents of the bar, at 12-30 we had lunch, and only at about 14-00 we were given the keys to the rooms. True, for our tolerance we were settled on the first line on the second floor and not far from each other. These turned out to be standards with a sea view (building 400), moreover, we did not pay extra. Moreover, a fruit basket was brought to our room as a gift.
We all liked the hotel - the territory, the beach, the food, the rooms, and the evening program. But on the last day, the daughter did not find a wallet in her purse, which she left in the room, and the opinion about the staff changed dramatically. The son-in-law told the reception, the manager came from there, carried out a search in the suitcases, but, of course, he did not find anything. It is good that the bulk of the money was taken from the wallet earlier. When we left, I insisted that the manager at the reception at least apologize to my daughter, but we never heard an apology.
