I will write my thoughts after visiting this "Garden of the Sultan". Was there for 11 nights, returned on 07/03/2014.
I’ll start in order - from the arrival and meeting - we arrived - me, my wife, two children -6 and 2 years old, we arrived at the hotel at night - around an hour - I don’t remember exactly, they issued us quickly - without questions and delays, in We had dinner at half past midnight - not very chic, but it was enough to support the pants. After that, we went to room - 332 - before arrival, the tour agent warned several times that we were traveling with a small child and we were promised a free playpen in the room (the playpen - in their understanding - an ordinary crib) - upon arrival in the room - there is no playpen , the air conditioner does not work - at all !! ! - in the room about 30 degrees. In region 2 - the beginning of the third, they came to fix the air conditioner, but since everyone was already sleeping, they moved it to tomorrow (they fixed it tomorrow)
The hotel - the upper part - the lobby with the main feeder - proudly called the restaurant and the first liquor - where ! ! ! according to the all inclusive system, you will be served Turkish coffee - the only place where it is natural (at least I didn’t find it anymore - everywhere there is no scafe brrrr).

If you are told that there is Internet there - paid and free - this is true with such a stretch....There is internet wifi, but you can open mail on the fifth attempt or on the seventh... - the paid quality is the same. I checked the speed - about 3 kb / s to 96, but 3 - more often. Several times I just wrote notes to the local admin describing the problem - it helped very conditionally.
According to gps, the height of the lobby is 40 meters above sea level - this is important, because if you are going to eat more or less fully, you will have to go there.
Food - soups in all restaurants (Italian and Indian) are cooked on bouillon cubes - taste accordingly, although I can’t guarantee one hundred percent about puree soups.
Meat - beef almost always was, as for my taste, harsh, although a couple of times the beef stroganoff was very decent. Chicken - it is difficult to spoil it, but sometimes they succeeded. The fish is not bad - especially the one that is whole.
Of the side dishes - rice is delicious - in different versions, besides it, they also serve french fries, pasta, stewed vegetables, pastas - everything is quite edible.
The choice of dishes is small - as in my opinion (compare with Makadi Saraya)
There are very successful salads - you can’t refuse this, especially the presence of three to five different sauces from which you can complete a fairly large selection of salads saves the situation.
Fruits - there are - watermelons, melons, apples, oranges, apricots.
Very tasty natural yogurt - factory - natural - the children destroyed it in incredible quantities, especially the youngest.
If you are told about the presence of a "children's menu" - there is none - NO!!!
Not a bad choice of sweets, but day after day is not necessary - the day is thick, the day is so-so - monotonous. But, in general, the desserts are not bad.
Further - the territory - three large pools equipped with liqueurs, near the two central ones you can eat minimally. The cleanliness near the pools, at times, is lame - cups in the water and are found nearby. During our stay, the construction of another one began there.
Which, by the way, was surprising - none of the hotel staff took the trouble to announce any minimum requirements for the safety of the rest.

Separately, I want to remember the guide of the Pegasus company - we came across Elena - the young lady was concerned with only one thing - the sale of her services and attempts to ask some questions about the device she met with hostility - the most unpleasant person I must say.
The children's pool consists of a cascade of three pools - 0.5, 0.8, and 1.5 meters deep - the only entertainment in the pool for children is one slide that works for two hours a day.
From the unpleasant - there are no lifeguards near any pool - your safety is in your hands. Sometimes wait for the servants to open the umbrella - alas.
The height difference between the children's pool and the lobby is 12 - 13 meters.
The sea - a sandy entry - well, a very big exaggeration - from the sand you can go to a depth of half a meter - no further!! ! The main swimming in the sea is a pontoon - by the way, the most convenient of the pontoons of the three nearby hotels. Above the beach - liquor with a snack until 18.00.
The reef is beautiful, sometimes there are a lot of fish, but the area fenced for swimming is small - sometimes it resembles soup with dumplings. You can swim over the fence - no one, by the way, does not limit this. It’s freer there, but a couple of times I got into such a cloud of dirt - plastic bags, food leftovers, etc. - it’s unpleasant and the desire to climb into the water disappears.
There are a lot of trestle beds on the beach, but no one cleans them and arranges them, as they do in other hotels. The sand is large - coral slippers - that's it.
Animation on the beach is - uncomplicated - bocha, darts, belly dance.
The beach is dirty - not critical of course, but I would very much like to be cleaner - they declare that 5 (whole) stars.
The staff is generally friendly, almost everyone understands Russian, many speak - in general, there were no problems with this. The incentive in the form of $1 works everywhere - in the dining room, on the beach, when cleaning the room.
The area is generally quite clean, but…. .
Cleaning in the rooms is not perfect - it seems clean under your feet, but you look in the corner - garbage - this somewhat spoils the mood. The linen is good, I liked the towels.

In order for you - guaranteed - to have your room removed - ALWAYS hang a sign - make up....Otherwise they may not be removed.
Of the adventures with the number - there were ants - the second time they were poisoned, but the dead were removed from the balcony on the third day - after an urgent request ($ 1 was always left in the room - it did not help)
Room - one room of 20 squares, two single beds, TV (Russian-speaking 3 channels) - in principle, not bad, on the balcony there are two chairs and a table for drinks. Air conditioning - if it works, it blows quite well. We took the standard.
You can travel around the hotel on taf taf - once every half an hour, and quite punctually.
Let's get back to food - our ticket included a visit to two "restaurants" on the territory of the hotel - Italian and Indian - the first was Italian - soup, as I wrote above - on cubes, the meat was frankly tough, the child liked pizza - perhaps the only food. Since on the day of visiting “Casa mia” - as it is called, the youngest had a birthday, we were served a cake - YES, delicious, but the congratulation itself looked somewhat pale and uncertain - usually these processes are much brighter - in other hotels.
The Indian "restaurant" ended with the fact that we went to feed the children in the lobby, they did not want to eat there - it was not very spicy and tasty.
Since we were with children at discos and other festivities, we didn’t attend - therefore, I don’t know, but I can say that during the entire stay there, the children’s disco was unchanged - both the music and the program.
According to one of the animators - everything is enthusiastic....
Briefly summarizing my stay there, I can say - I want to go there more - a mediocre hotel, with indistinct service, with unpretentious and not very tasty cuisine.
The opinion expressed by me - exclusively our family - even its younger members.
