We are staying at the hotel for the second time. There are no complaints about the hotel - everything is at the highest level. There are complaints about ill-mannered tourists who smoke by the children's pool, revel in the wallowing, throw garbage on the beach despite the trash cans near each umbrella, yell at each other and be rude to the staff, and then write a review like "bullshit hotel".
