Rested from September 27 to October 11.2008. Rested three adults.
We arrived in the morning at 8 o'clock. The bracelets were put on at 10-00, the number in an hour. The room was standard 140.
Very convenient in the morning before breakfast in the pool, and after breakfast for the whole day at sea.
For themselves, they set themselves the goal of swimming and sunbathing. It was immediately decided that we would not bathe in other things. No attention was paid to furniture or a small number of Russian channels. Although everything was in perfect order. There are no complaints about the service.

In Egypt for the 5th time and this is perhaps the most successful hotel of all time. The general manager is Italian. The staff is well-trained, they are even afraid to take a tip. There is a Russian girl - Zhanna. She's like a hotel manager. I was always interested in how we were served and wanted to know what was missing, how to help. She said that now they are redoing the menu and animation for 14 days. Now it is calculated for 10. Since people travel mainly for 2 weeks.
I can’t describe the number of pools and bars, everything in the description of the hotel is there and everything is true. From myself I can add that the hotel is really very green. This made us happy.
When we arrived, the wind was blowing, but the wind was very warm. At first it bothered us, but then we realized that this was a big plus. There is no sweltering heat, and the tan turned out to be unusually beautiful.
The sea is very good. The reef is colorful. We saw a bunch of fish, including moray eels and tuna. There is a flooded bus right 15 meters from the pontoon. How it got there is a mystery to us, but it was fun to swim around it. After reading reviews on the Internet, we swam to the right of the pontoon. One "wise guy" wrote that there is an insanely beautiful reef. As a result, we were swept away by the current, so we had to walk back along the shore. And they climbed right onto the corals, hurt their legs. But it's their own fault, they read the reviews too literally : )
Helpful hints:
1. Buy chocolates "Alenka" and give to the staff
2. Learn a couple of Arabic phrases. It makes them very happy and you immediately become a best friend.
3. Smile.
4. Don't act like those guys in red jackets in the dashing 90s.
5. Do not take out a cutlet of bucks and do not shout to the whole hotel that you are the coolest and richest person in your country.
6. Enjoy the sea and the sun.
The hotel is really good, if we went twice to the same hotel, we would definitely choose Sultan Gardens.
