I went on vacation with my husband and a three-year-old child, plus two pairs of neighbors with children. We went on the recommendation of a neighbor who went with us for the second time. The company got together well.
Upon arrival, they settled immediately and without problems, they immediately gave a view of the sea.
The rooms are good, two-room, with a huge bed and a sofa bed.
The hotel staff is pleasant, helpful and friendly. Problems were solved quickly and without problems. For example, the child of our neighbor had acetone - then they prepared it separately, and absolutely without any additional payments.
The food was good, there was food for the kids. In the end, of course, I got a little bored, saved the Italian restaurant, where we managed to visit twice (they cook there very tasty). My husband went to a fish restaurant - then there, of course, for an amateur.

Animation - to me - just super. The guys are really great, especially I would like to mention Irina from Russia, who led the children's club, this is a lighter person - looking at her, I wanted to jump and dance. In the mornings on the beach I went to morning exercises (first Mateo led, then Kimo) - just super - slow music, sea, beach, light breeze, the sound of waves - just a fairy tale. We played darts, my husband went to play volleyball. Every evening a children's disco, after which a show program (I liked all the shows - it was interesting and fun). Then a night disco - the music is normal, for every taste.
They cleaned the rooms well, almost every time they left a dollar, a couple of times on the contrary they gave money so that they didn’t clean it : )
The area is large and beautiful. The hotel, of course, is clear that it is not new, there is no chic, brilliance, but service and animation are established - for me personally, this played an important role.
The weather was just super, the sea is warm, there was only one day when we did not dare to bathe the children in the sea because of the wind, but they floundered very well in the pool.
We went to the dolphinarium - where the children liked it, and to the Cleopark in Naama Bay - it was just super there, everyone really, really liked it.
In my opinion, the hotel is suitable for different age groups.
- young people will find something to do, and older people will find a quiet corner : )
So, I want to go to the Sultan again, I hope to go in March, and I recommend it to everyone : )
